Al has to take some of the blame because he's in charge of operating the whole organization. But the coaches and the players have to take some of the blame too. I mean these are talented players and we're not getting the best out of them.

How do we go from giving up 9 points to giving up 38? I don't think we're prepared to play. We still can't stop the run and Al just brought in Seymour. They need to put Seymour at DT and keep him there. We gave up over 300 yards rushing and most of it was right up the gut. And where is T. Kelly? This dude was supposed to be one of the best DT's in the game (according to Al and Rob Ryan).
everyone was clownin when the raiders over paid kelly except for a few raider fans that thought he was gonna be a pro bowler

We have to help this dude out because he's not good enough to carry us on his own. The fumble was his fault but at the sametime, the defender was in his face in less than 2seconds. It's all about ball security though. The first INT was Russell's fault because he threw the ball off of his back foot. I think it was a terrible play call because the Raiders run that play too much. The defensive coordinator for the Jets must've known that play was coming that's why a linebacker was coming at JR unblocked.

The 2nd INT could be blamed on the receiver. Russell just didn't throw it up, he threw to the guy who was single covered. You gotta win the one on one battles. Our receiver just got out played for the ball. The cornerback came from behind the receiver and took it.

i just think its funny when realists were saying this last year and the year before last we were "haters" and "mad cuz alex smith is a bust"..... lol.... alex has been a bust due to injury and can still redeem himself, and looks way better than JR. JR has no excuses, they rebuilt the OL for him, spent 100 mil on Wrs for him, got him 3 backs, and hes progressed, but negatively...
a.smith was a bad qb before the injuries

Ive never hated a player on my team more than I hate Russell. My hatred for Russell has far surpassed any hatred I had for Mike Dunleavy Jr.

If we drafted Chree as an offensive lineman, put Russell up there, too, and then somehow traded Johnny Lee Higgens and a hobo sandwich for Mo'Nique, we'd be set as far as defending the QB. Put a double whopper with cheese in (insert QB here)'s jock strap, and we'd NEVER get anyone getting remotely close to our QB.
