Your fuckin hillarious bro, i know 3 types of people that are strong against Ron Paul. 1. The republicans that think government knows all, take good care of us, dont lie, n we should trust them n let em run our lives cause their proos n know this shit lmfao (oh, n mainstream media knows the truth n report it to the T! #2. Those who think (or should i say still think) obama is change, that hes the change we want and need and has help up to all expectations. Ill admit and i admitt sadly n embarasingly that i voted for him knowing now ron paul was running. (excuse me im a lil drunk n as usual im on myvphone n im tired) ANNNDDDD #3! We have those who complain, no matter whos running, picks at every person. Willvsit and belittle the one and only rational man in our lifetime to run. No matter what happens u complain. He's saying, if people want to turn customers away...they will lose money, their businesses will suffer, and the market will show them the error in their ways when others come along with inclusive business practices and put the nails in the coffin on their racist businesses.
Any idea which minority group has received/receives the most government aid/subsidies? Look it up. Then try to find some information on their general quality of life.

In one of my first posts I actually mentioned Libertarianism as a stepping stone to Libertarian Socialism. Which is basically self imposed socialism without the designs of plutocrats, barons, social engineers, etc. It's worker owned corporations, hospitals, schools, etc. I can only think of about a million reasons why this would be so much better than what we have now, State Socialism.
i'm from london, uk all day, truss me on that, true story, but the system is worldwide, the uk goverment copy's fucked up policies from the US goverment 5 or 10 years later, there trying to socially cleansed off the social(welfare) housing in central london and are building hardly any new social housing, just replacing old estates(projects) wit exclusive expensive private housing, there trying to cleanse off the city and there socially cleansing uni's too, so that heads that are coming from the inner city, working class or lower middle class backgrounds can't afford to reach uni, you see what i'm saying.

I know what you're saying. It's like people are systematically forced into a box...and then those same people who forced them in the box want to come and take the box away. Under the current system, it is important to defend this form of "socialism" because the system has engineered things to be this way.
My personal problem is with the system...the engineering can never have just results for everyone. That "box" is always going to exist as long as the government controls every aspect of our lives...and typically, it will be minorities disproportionately being herded into the box.
IMO, Libertarian principles applied to representative democracy with limited government are our ONLY chance at completely engineering our own system. I think we're capable of doing it.

You just don't get it - Ron Paul may be ah honest, principled man, but he makes no sense whatsoever, and what he proposes is going to seriously hurt the vast majority of the people who are ready to vote for him, you included (I doubt there are any millionaires posting on this site). This what I have been harping on for a second thread in a row - the absurdity of people not just voting directly against their self-interest but doing so when they are not even lied to that it is not in their self-interest
