You can not change human nature. It doesn't matter what forum a panel is in or what context they belong to, as long as the HUMAN element is prominent, there is going to that variable. And as we have seen over time, corruption, greed, and self-driven motivation is somehow thrown into the pile. Its just the way things are. I feel like you forget this at times. Which is weird, becuase youre a smart cookie.
THAT is why our government is supposed to be limited. That is the brilliance of the Constitution, the ideas contained in it were far more brilliant than any one of the individuals who wrote or contributed to it.

They weren't trying to create a society where everything was equal, except justice under the law for individuals and their property.

The success of the Ron Paul campaign with young voters, which David Sirota pointed out in Salon Monday, is but the latest example of how Americans can be persuaded to support the most reactionary politicians in America when they’re suitably manipulated
says uber lefty David Sirota, go figure. per haps the latest example is Ron Paul but did he mention the last example and maybe biggest example was Obama?

this dudes a jack off.

He didnt need to, becuase a) Obama isnt trying to get into the White House and b) isnt a nutbag with "out-of-the-box" ideas that only work in theory.
i feel you. but he only said that cus he's a super lefty. point blank. just sounds stupid while his dude is in office and is the poster child of the title he's throwin at RP.

and Obama's out-of-the-box healthcare ideas only works in theory too. so does his bail outs.

If the current set of policies in general aren't working...then doesn't the "only works in theory" meme apply to them as well? Check poverty statistics since welfare started, test scores and minority literacy rates since the DoE started, drug use/dependancy since the War On Drugs started.......

Just because it is accepted that many of our policies are well intended, doesn't mean they actually meet the burden of proof in terms of efficiency or results.

Pretty much everything presidents do are shitty...lets not beat around the bush here. Its the reason i dont vote. None of these morons are worth a shit.

Many of those "out of the box ideas" have only failed in theory as well.
I concur.

You can't vote. All you can do is interject your opinion...which has pretty much been outed as that of a lunatic, since you want a supercomputer deciding who lives and dies. lol
Where did I say that???

You are not going to make others take you seriously in a discussion if you exhibit such complete disregard for facts and willingness to distort other people's views in such a way
