i was really impressed by the production, and he really brought a lil west flavor to Strange

it was good, not great, but lets see how good he is on his next album to make a long term judge on him

Based on the two or three tracks I'd heard I wasn't anticipating this album at all so only just got round to hearing it yesterday and while its not groundbreaking I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Even if on some songs he sounds like a Violent J type using Eminem flows I enjoyed it, think it's probably one of Strange's stronger efforts and I'm sure I'll pick it up at some point.

There's a few minor bad points, like the wholly unnecessary track where they whine about skinny jeans, but overall Cognito managed to change my opinion about him.

I'm on my first llisten and really surprised about the way it turned out. I read the comments on here the last couple of week and I have to say fuck what y'all think, I'm enjoying this one a lot. born 2 be fly is crazy

If you haven't figured it out bro, that's what this forum is usually about...trashing on albums that people didn't even buy!! I pre-order every Strange release...so I feel like I can talk all the shit I want. I think Automatic is a solid album...much more solid than the snippets lead on... Sure, there is a couple songs that scream Slim Shady...but this album isn't packed full of skits like DAAM and it doesn't have tons of generic tracks like Monsterifik...so it's by far not the worst Strange release!

Kinda irrelevant, seeing as this is the forum for the label behind the F.T.I. movement, which condoned the "Preview before you Buy" mentality.

Dude...the snips for this album made it sound retarded! And I'm not saying you shouldn't preview the product before you buy. That's understandable...I'm just saying if you don't buy the product...say hey I didn't like the shit....ya don't gotta ass rape it lol

I am halfway through it and I like it a lot. I was surprised cuz I only liked a few tracks from his first album. I was happy to see loki on it, didn't really expect that. Haven't heard from him in a while.

I get into some weird transient state when I'm high where every sound can be cool to put rhythm to.

It's pretty comical if you catch me doing it.
