It shouldn't go towards the driver, it should go against the car and not on your record. Like a parking ticket. At least that's how it is up here.

If you dont pay cam ticket, you then get issued a real ticket, that if you dont fight in court, will add points to L and raise insurance rates, or if you ignore the new one issued after cam ticket you'll get Ls suspended

Yeah, and there's a declaration of non-responsibility you can fill out saying you weren't driving it, but you have to give the person's name and address.

they have 2 of those things in the small ass town i live in, they got me once. They also have at least 3 police suvs that stay posted and send you speeding tickets. I hope they eventually make that shit illegal but I'll never voluntarily pay one of those fucking things ever again if they ever get the chance to flash me

everytime I reach a light and i'm gonna turn, if its red I completely stop because it always reminds me of the ticket my cousin got, it showed her face clearly, different angles of the car, license plate. So I make sure I stop at that son of a bitch and not roll through.
