I can see if he wants to get on the poorly thrown ball, that was picked off, but you can't blame the QB when the offense runs the ball three straight times for minus yards. YEAH I WASN'T TO IMPRESSED WITH ARE FIRST STRING BUT THEN AGAIN PRESEASON IS PRACTICE. PRE SEASON IS LIKE A TEST RUN NOTHING SERIOUS THEY MIGHT OF BEEN HOLDING BACK YA KNOW. I WAS WATCHING ART SHELL AND I HAVE FULL FAITH IN HIM AS ARE COACH. HE MIGHT NOT GET US A SUPERBOWL(KNOCKS ON WOOD) BUT I THINK HE WILL SHAPE THEM RAIDERS UP INTO A THREATING TEAM AGAIN.

One INT and he looks bad. One bad, underthrown pass that was picked. Can't wait to see Alex Smith in action. By all means Alex Smith is supposed to be better than Brooks anyway. He was the very first pick of the draft and he's getting paid more.... so he should put up better numbers and more wins than Brooks. We'll see since you want to talk about our QB's. And you act like Dilfer is deep.

Man Dilfer has a SuperBowl ring because he was QB of one of the greatest defenses ever in NFL history. We could have quarterbacked that squad and won the SB. All Dilfer had to do was hand the ball off and not throw INT's.

Before you get mad...the starters for the Eagles won 7-0. The Raiders were never winning the game until the 2nd stringers were in. A preseason win means nothing. If it makes you happy that you guys had the most points at the end of the game, then that's cool. But the Eagles definately had the better game. Their defensive line was absolutely nasty, and I'm sure if Jeff Garcia wasn't the back up things would have been different. McNabb only had one series, and he went 3 for 3. Brooks look awful but still better than the rest of your QBs. Against the starters, the Eagles D-Line was nasty as fuck and Brooks didn't have nearly enough time to get a pass off. If the line doesn't hold a little bit more than that, there will never be time for a 7-step drop pass to Moss to develop. And Gallery looked awful. Plus the fact that the Eagles had a running game at all, and the fact that they were getting the ball to their shitty ass receivers outside of the hash mark should worry you.

Your younger players look good, especially in the secondary, and I'm sure eventually Washington is gonna be great. But the Eagles didn't even have all their starters in at WR. They had Reggie Brown and some guy named Baskett. Todd Pinkston didn't even play, and Jabar Gaffney was catching passes from Garcia. Still, with those shitty receivers in, McNabb tore it the fuck up.

I hope the Raiders do well this season with all the talent that you guys have...but that game was piss poor unless you really like rooting for the second stringers.

I got it on dvr.. and LB McCoy was against TE Courtney Anderson.... Lb McCoy is a starter on the eagles depth chart.. just looked it up on their website

and say what ya wanna say.. But Brooks was the only QB to throw a TD pass last nite..... yah McNabb was driving all over our D but Westbrook was the man on that series.. our run stopping will get better.. Shell is gonna take care of that .. after all it is still early

Hopefully we'll see a lot more from Bay Area product Courtney Anderson this year.... He started off good last season but than Collins made him disappear.. the guy def. has the tools with his size and hands.. yadaaaaaaaaa

On a more serious note: Sorry to offend you...if you believe that this win is significant, I do not want to rain on your parade. 1-0 in preseason man...if that's what gets you hyped up...you do your thing. I'm just trying to talk football.
