Raiders released DL William Joseph.
This is the second time Joseph has been released in the past week by the Raiders. He was released the first time to make room for Richard Seymour and then was re-signed when Seymour didn't show up. Now that Seymour has shown, the Raiders have decided to release him again. What a tough week for the big man.

The point was, Seymore is not going to put you over the threshold of a winning organization, which in turn is not worth a 1st round pick in a year that Seymore may not even be in a Raiders uni anymore. As long as Russell is your QB, and Al Davis is running the show...you're fucked.
