someone should be doin some prison time then..... In this day and age we are all smart enough to know our kids belong in a seat belt or car seat. But i will say some kids just dont wanna stay in them......

If I remember right the news said the driver was 17 and was speeding and didn't have a drivers license either.

Umm, if charged as an adult, he could be charged with negligent manslaughter and it's a significantly more serious than a DUI.

I agree that he should probably be punished, but it's hard to say when you don't know the whole story.
