nah thats a coo lil spot thats like a couple minutes from macarthur bart station , u straight , and near fruitvale , depends wat area , if it closer towards the 30's then u good , but if its towards the murder dubs (20's) it be poppin off over there , i used to live on 29th by fruitvale , the deep east is grimey though you can tell right after you pass high street it changes like a motha fucka

mlk & macarthur ain't too bad....I mean you'll most likely see your share of crimes over there, but its not gonna be constant like the east. that shit is right next to bart, and also near the temescal area, which is pretty nice cuz there's alot of white people fixing it up. I'd fuck with that over fruitvale, although fruitvale will probably have more people around as well as alot more resturaunts & stores around. I live a few blocks away on 55th

yea theres a big vietnamese community there, its the new china town area, between the lake up to the around the dubs...theres some coo spots in there and the property value has been jumpin up in that area recently, pretty much from the lake to high st is coo...

its a little shady over there...theres an investment property i'm trying to sell a client of mine right there, you got me thinking it's the same property you're trying to rent. it has 2 stores on bottom and 4 units on top. the units are pretty nice inside.

Same Shit Happens Here in Stockton, EVEN IN THE Almost Rich/ But Upper Class homes their cars get Stolen. The only part of Stockton you can't steal cars from are the Mansion Homes, you'd get shot down even with you in the car, and they'll just repair the car after they kill you.
