anything on mlk is fucked up
i went to see a studio aparment around there and the realeastate lady said she has to warn anybody thats looking at the aparment about the area and told me to drive through there at night before i think about moving there
and the previous tenant had been there for only 2 weeks
it was on 29th and mlk i think

well Technically Macarthur is in the east , are u sure its not west macarthur and Martin luther King? Because if Its West mac And Mlk Then Thats The West , dang near the end of ghost town

Have u Seen it yet? That lil area dont really have problems. if the apartment is on west mac then u definitly dont have nothin to worry bout , but if its on Mlk lol... dunno ... i live down the street from there on telegraph and 2-8

its on 37th right near where it runs into MLK? the unit looks nice now im just trippin bout the area... i aint tryna hafta find some foos who fuckin wit mah lady on her way home from bart you feel me

haha the shit changes every week.... we was gonna move to sacramento first then san jose then pittsburg then san pedro then sacramento again and now im pretty sure its gonna be somewhere between berkely and hayward depending on the apartment price and the price to take BART to embarcadero... and west oakland/downtown oakland is the cheapest in both aspects... but yeah for about 3 weeks we were thinkin bout san pedro cuz we have fam down there

if i could move to danville why the fuck do you think id be making this thread smarty.... thing is in the next like 6 months we gotta move outta my girls moms and we need a cheap place to live where we can still take bart to the city.... read the post.... and i aint trippin off of gettin shot.... cuz if you gonna die you gonna die.... im trippin off the million other crime related things like rape(not to me), robbery, and helluh other shit that actually does happen to hella ppl

theres parts that aint as grimey as others in the flats...fruitvale area aint that bad, and san antonio district southeast side of lake merrit is coo for the flatlands...but theres still cut streets in these hoods and you still need to be on your toes
