i can dig that....most companies pull the same shit, do it half assed until they need a reason to upgrade...it all comes down to money...and clearly sony was trying to save some

the situation has yet to be handled, all we have heard are possible ideas being thrown around...unless you got an email from SCEA telling you otherwise...

shit as a PS+ member that cant access my clouded game saves ( the whole purpose why i got on board with the + subscription )...im wondering if they even exist anymore....how will sony repay me?....

i believe that the hack of the PSN is worse than what they are telling us...its quite possible that all they have is a bunch of servers with corrupted data...imagine trying to log in back in and there not being any customer accounts...have you ever tried to restore a large PC hard drive? (250-500GB)....it can take several hours, sometimes days...now imagine that on a sony server level...Im almost certain that alot of user info has been deleted or scrubbed and sony is trying to bring it back 1 fragment at a time....

I don't own a PS3, but this is getting ridiculous, 18 more days, holy crap. I would think they would have some sort of plan in case something like this would happen, seems like they figured it could never happen. I am a fan of Sony, but this is starting to really go too far. Imagine if this happened during a launch of a new COD and people could not play multiplayer.

how did people get by before without having online multiplayer? its not that serious, its been 3 weeks and masked lemon was talkin bout 2 months? how you get that? it will be up by next week mark my words

That's 2 months PSn will have been down for. And how does Sony say they are sorry? By forcing you to give them your credit card information to get suckered in to a PSN+ program that auto renews after the month is over. Oh, and 2 free games from a list of 5 that are all most likely launch PSN games that nobody would buy otherwise.

The difference is that some of the top selling games now days include a multiplayer and for most that is the primary reason they buy the game.

Not sure if any at all records were set by COD, but I know they would not have sold as much if it did not have multiplayer.

still though 41 days isnt 2 months...and initially maybe sony didnt realize how bad the problem is/was...also now that the government is involved its basically a cyber crime scene...where everything must be looked into before they can move foward...no doubt the multiplayer function will be back up and running soon...i'd rather sony fix the issues and make sure this wont be an issue again than just go about like its all good and put another half assed product out...

at this point, i dont think the PS+ memberships will satisfy any consumer and sony knows this...but also that was just an idea a few weeks ago also it was never made official, ideas are being tossed around...and PS+ is not the answer....

but judging by your gamer cards, why are you pissed you clearly fuck with the 360 over the ps3 anyway
