Pics of the slim ps3 box for this exact model were leaked on engadget.com and they were given a cease and desist to take the pics down. So I think it might be real. Looks ugly to me tho

why would you want smaller of anything then? computers, laptops, cellphones, etc.

it makes it more portable and easier to transport and put whereever you want it.

The difference between the PS2 and the slim PS2 was pretty fucking epic. You could almost put your slim ps2 down on a table and forget where you put it, it was so small.
