There is a fucking Vital up about the 360 breaking down. I'm on my 2nd system, it's not a secret. It also does not cost a fucking thing to get your system fixed. Anybody who actually buys a second 360 because their first one broke down is a fucking moron. Additionally, the new systems being manufactured have solved the problem with the Red rings, so your point is moot.
Anybody is more than free to post articles bashing the 360. Problem is, there aren't that many articles like that out there, unlike with the PS3.

I dunno man, I've been having fun on mine. Ninja Gaiden, Heavenly Sword, The Darkness, Rainbow Six Vegas, still fuck with Madden a bit, Resistance was fun, still fuck with FN4, thinkin bout trying Conan, Ratchet & Clank looks coo, then of course got
Call of Duty 4 comin soon, Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War looks aight, then Kane & Lynch, Assassin's Creed, Soldier of Fortune, Beowulf all come out in a couple weeks, week after that Drake's Fortune, Medal of Honor, TimeShift. Hella games coming out this winter. I don't know why you hate so much, the games are getting a lot better and a lot of promising games are lined up. But whatever. I'm not into the whole system A is better than system B shit, I got mine for free and enjoy playin 360 at my boys house. They both are tight, no need to bash one over the other, shits lame

Being a system fanboy is retarded period. Both systems have there highpoints and both have there lowpoints.
If I were to rebuy to start over, I'd consider getting a PS3 because at least you don't have to wait a month at a time to play games while your system breaks every six months.

Why should you have to pay for it? You are already paying 40 bucks a month for internet. Why do you want to pay 5 bucks a month more?
And who cares if he wants to find a way to get it for free? If it works, good. More people could get free Live and stop putting money in Microsoft's pockets.

^^^^^PS3's are having problems. You really are not supposed by the system at launch. You usually should wait a couple months or so. No system has never been perfect right out the gate.
360 is more established with titles then PS3.

I have played all of these games and owned almost all these systems or played emulators of them. This goes to show that there is no clear cut best system with the best game. Metal Gear Solid 4- Coming for the 360. Devil May Cry 4-360. Only Sony and Microsoft and Nintendo Made games will be left.

I would own a PS3 over a 360 any day. I owned an XBox for about 4 games...and i got the things for next to nothing brand new so it was no big deal.
PS2 was one of the greatest consoles ever made, period. I dont care what folks say, it had so many dope games and almost EVERYONE had one in their home at one point.
I dont do online gaming, so i could give a fuck less about that. The only reason the PS3 gets bashed, is becuase the amount of games at this point. What if PS3 came with as many games as 360 did at its launch? No to mention, you have to PAY for the HDDVD add on for the 360, which, amazingly enough, winds up to be about the same price as the PS3, which already has a BLu-Ray player IN IT.
Also, the backwards compatibility of the PS3>360...only what, less that 3% of PS2 ans PS1 games wont play on the PS3? THats pretty fuckin good.
Only 42% of XBox games can be played on the 360. THAT is lame.
So, for the price of $500, you get not only a game console with ALOT of potential, you also get a Blu-Ray player, which stand alone cost what, the same amount as a PS3 in total? That in itself is a great fuckin deal, end of story.
And alos, i dont give two shits about the rumble feature on the controller...matter of fact i am MORE than happy its NOT there...that shit was SUPER annoying on PS2 games. I had to manually shit that shit off EVERY game i played.

360 on mine, I rather have my bad ass system with bad ass games break down on me once a year, then have a bad ass system just sittin there with all its "potential" collecting dust, but I'm a gamer so even if I dont like anything sony, eventually I'll get a ps3 when they figure out how to use it's potential but right now $600 is too much for a paper weight
You can't judge the PS3 based on how the PS2 was. Shit, the PS2 tech wise was the least powerful of the 3 last gen systems. It had the better games because it had the highest user base. This is not the case with this gen. The 360 has 3 times the user base of the PS3, so it's obviously going to have the better games.
I don't buy a games system to watch movies, and I wouldn't use a game system as a movie player anyways, as it adds unneeded wear and tear on the system. But I guess since there aren't many good games out for the PS3, that isn't a problem.
BTW, $279 for the cheapest 360 + $169 for the HD-DVD Player still costs less than the $500 for the cheapest PS3, if you can still find the $500 ones.
