An off-duty NYPD sergeant was beaten within an inch of his life outside a Queens diner early Sunday by a thug who kept brutally bashing his head as he lay sprawled in the street.

A sickening cell-phone video shows Sgt. Mohammed Deen get knocked to the ground, then repeatedly kicked and punched by a hulking brute identified by cops as Hayden Holder, 29, of Jamaica.

At one point, the video shows the attacker leaving Deen crumpled on the pavement as he tries to smash in the windows of the NYPD veteran's nearby white BMW 535i — with Deen's horrified wife locked inside, a police source said.

When the perp can't break the glass, the video — which was posted to Facebook — shows him returning to his motionless victim, smashing his head against the street and pummeling him some more.

"It was a vicious, savage beating,'' one stunned law-enforcement source said.

Sources said Deen — who had earlier exchanged words with Holder at a Queens nightclub — suffered critical injuries and was in a medically induced coma at Jamaica Hospital.

Holder, who was busted as he tried to run away from the South Richmond Hill scene, was charged with felony assault.

He glared at reporters but said nothing Sunday evening as cops took him from the 106th Precinct — dressed in a hospital gown from treatment for an injury to his hand — to court.

Sources said Holder confessed to the attack but did not know that Deen was a cop at the time.

He has previous arrests for criminal possession of stolen property, pot possession and graffiti, sources said.

Deen is an 18-year NYPD veteran who's currently assigned to the 32nd Precinct in Harlem.

The ugly incident unfolded around 5:30 a.m. outside the St. John's Express restaurant on Liberty Avenue, which serves take-out food through a window in its storefront.

A source said the two men had gotten into an argument earlier inside the Maracas lounge on Jamaica Avenue about a mile away.

It was unclear what sparked the initial confrontation, but Facebook user "Errol Johnson," who posted the video, wrote underneath: "Just left the club in queens n—a get knocked out for bumping another man. MUST WATCH THIS I caught it all worldstar."

Whoever shot the video was apparently laughing throughout the incident — and repeatedly saying "That n—a's dead!" — while other onlookers screamed in terror.

Holder's former neighbors in the Richmond Hill section of Queens described him as a troublemaker who frequently got into arguments and threatened people.

Mienkoemar Panchu, 45, said Holder often drank bottles of Corona and Heineken beer and tossed the empties into the street.

"He gets more hyper when he's drunk," Panchu said. "Everybody used to keep a distance on the block."
fucking disgusting. this is why i advocate shooting anyone who tries to escalate a verbal argument into a physical altercation. a physical altercation is a life and death situation that should be responded to with swift and brutal deadly force. too bad he didnt try to resist arrest later and then get shot 5 - 50 times. that officer will die from his injuries for sure and that violent neanderthal will receive the death penalty for capital murder. good riddance, these types of genetically inferior persons with predisposition to extreme violence and rage are not welcome in our peaceful society

TAOS FE, N.M. — A New Mexico State Police officer who fired shots at a minivan full of children during a chaotic October traffic stop in Taos plans to appeal his firing.

Attorneys for Elias Montoya say the veteran officer intends to file an appeal for wrongful termination.

State Police Chief Pete Kassetas fired Montoya on Friday, one day after a disciplinary hearing.

Video from a police cruiser’s dashboard camera taken during the Oct. 28 traffic stop has drawn national attention. It showed Montoya shooting at the minivan as a Memphis, Tenn., woman drove away from a traffic stop after an officer knocked out her van’s window with a baton.

The motorist, 39-year-old Oriana Farrell, had been stopped by another State Police officer for speeding. She fled twice after that officer tried to give her a ticket and then arrest her.

Justice Byron R. White, said, in part, "We conclude that such force may not be used unless it is necessary to prevent the escape and the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others."
-----
A non violent mother and children as young as 6 years old do not warrant the actions of the police
It could be argued that the suspect does indeed pose a threat of death or injury to the officer or others base on the fact that she clearly is unwilling or unable (mentally unstable) to comply, keeps pulling the van out into traffic, her son assaulted the officer, etc. In all my experience watching COPS lol this kind of situation often turns into a high speed chase, which indeed will put others at risk of injury or death. The bitch need to take the responsibility for putting those innocent kids in that situation.

but the bitch is a female and the kid is young n dumb, so they get passes.
That's fuckin retarded. They get passes for being female and young? :dead:

Where is the personal responsibility? Avoid accepting responsibility at all costs otherwise you a square who loves pigs.

the kid can be autistic and the mom can be dealin wit post traumatic stress while bein on the rag for all we know...they are by no means trained professionals

but the cops are PAID to deal with these kinda situations... were talking about peeps who we depend on to serve and protect

for u to hold them in the same regard and to the same accountability is the only thing "fuckin retarded"

"It is my prayer that your families never be made to endure that which mine has, as a result of this terrible situation," she wrote. "May you never be put in a position to protect your children from your 'own kind.'"

Lol Victim! I'm a Victim! They put me in this position where I had to protect my children by repeatedly resisting arrest and driving into oncoming traffic and having one of my children attack an officer. But hey, I was on the rag and my son has autism so it's coo.

Well, all I know is the pig that fired got fired, that was deserved, and the woman apparently was scared over some marijuana, a plant that grew naturally on this land before a bunch of scumbags from other countries decided to conquer it and tell everybody else what plants we can and cannot have. Nothing this woman did deserved the side of the vehicle to be bashed in or the back of the vehicle to be shot at. Did she handle the situation wrong? Maybe. At the end of the day two and three wrongs don't make a right. The three little pigs deserve to be publicly hung imo, the two who displayed unnecessary acts of violence and the third for not placing the other two officers under arrest.

If this is how we are going to treat women and children in our society then so be it, just expect repercussions.

keep telling yourself she's the victim...she was scared because if the cop happened to find the bud..she might have gone to jail, maybe not..depending on how much of course ...the fact that she took off and went on police chase with kids in the car immediately puts her in the wrong

She was a victim breh. Keep telling yourself this bullshit system is relevant, where we lock people up and place their children with CPS over weed. Keep telling yourself we need more laws and more law enforcement. Keep telling yourself its justifiable for law enforcement to bust out a back window where small children are sitting because they angry that people don't trust them or buy into their so called authority. Keep telling yourself its justifiable for some faggot to shoot at a moving vehicle full of children from behind on a suspect that poses no danger over a speeding ticket. Keep telling yourself it was not law enforcement endangering the children and that it was the mother. When its your kids they killing you will change your tune. I hope you never have to deal with that but it will for sure be a rude awakening for you.

Just like what taetae @taetae said.....if you bail out on the cops you can pretty much GAURANTEE a high speed chase next....some type of chase at the very least.....you cant just dip out......we know this right?....right

So what was she thinkin?...she was on some bullshit...off top.......she popped it off...

that being said, she was a PERFECT candidate to get tazed.....BEFORE she got back in the van...put her foot on the brake and reach up to put it in D and push the gas........she coulda got the tazer b4 all that......situation woulda been over

She's not a victim in this. The only victims were those kids in the back...that's who the victims are.

She was the aggressor. Thats what I saw.

And then there was the first cop actin like that was is first ever tussle in life....

I feel like the cop that shot didnt even know what the fuck was goin on in the first place. It seems like he rode up on the scene and seen window bashin goin on and came up with the brightest idea in the world at the time......

that why his ass got fired.....they need to fire that other cop too....he sucks
