some of you fools make me laugh watch the video bitch should been zapped with her son straight up dude trying act tough the the police ha dude a clown, kids lucky he didnt get an ass beatin by the cops for sure
and on a 2nd note ive been down the road with dirty cops but not all fucking cops are out to get you, unless you give them a reason, ive met some down ass cops too an have drank with some cool ass cops
the cop obviously was shooting at the tires, he aimed extremely low. The mother obviously was a complete moron who escalated the whole situation. That young punk who swung on the cop should have been shot dead. This fine police officer tried to resolve the situation peacefully and tried to keep the situation safe for the kids in the car, but the mother put her kids lives in danger by felony alluding a simple traffic stop then resisting arrest. An officer always ends up being put under scrutiny for trying to do the right thing, its becoming harder and harder for them to do their jobs. Next time in a similar situation he will wait for backup, and 4 - 5 officers will perform a felony stop with guns drawn. Another peaceful officer turned machine because of idiots like that mother
They said something on the news about besides the shooting, theyre investigating why the cops let this get so out of control for so long... Cuz this thing went on for 43 minutes or something crazy like that
Also investigating the 2nd officer who was goin ham with the billy club, the shooting officers defense will be about how as soon as he rolled up he saw the 2nd officer breakin the windows n screaming and that made him think the situation was out of hand...
An off-duty NYPD sergeant was beaten within an inch of his life outside a Queens diner early Sunday by a thug who kept brutally bashing his head as he lay sprawled in the street.
A sickening cell-phone video shows Sgt. Mohammed Deen get knocked to the ground, then repeatedly kicked and punched by a hulking brute identified by cops as Hayden Holder, 29, of Jamaica.
At one point, the video shows the attacker leaving Deen crumpled on the pavement as he tries to smash in the windows of the NYPD veteran's nearby white BMW 535i — with Deen's horrified wife locked inside, a police source said.
When the perp can't break the glass, the video — which was posted to Facebook — shows him returning to his motionless victim, smashing his head against the street and pummeling him some more.
"It was a vicious, savage beating,'' one stunned law-enforcement source said.
Sources said Deen — who had earlier exchanged words with Holder at a Queens nightclub — suffered critical injuries and was in a medically induced coma at Jamaica Hospital.
Holder, who was busted as he tried to run away from the South Richmond Hill scene, was charged with felony assault.
He glared at reporters but said nothing Sunday evening as cops took him from the 106th Precinct — dressed in a hospital gown from treatment for an injury to his hand — to court.
Sources said Holder confessed to the attack but did not know that Deen was a cop at the time.
He has previous arrests for criminal possession of stolen property, pot possession and graffiti, sources said.
Deen is an 18-year NYPD veteran who's currently assigned to the 32nd Precinct in Harlem.
The ugly incident unfolded around 5:30 a.m. outside the St. John's Express restaurant on Liberty Avenue, which serves take-out food through a window in its storefront.
A source said the two men had gotten into an argument earlier inside the Maracas lounge on Jamaica Avenue about a mile away.
It was unclear what sparked the initial confrontation, but Facebook user "Errol Johnson," who posted the video, wrote underneath: "Just left the club in queens n—a get knocked out for bumping another man. MUST WATCH THIS I caught it all worldstar."
Whoever shot the video was apparently laughing throughout the incident — and repeatedly saying "That n—a's dead!" — while other onlookers screamed in terror.
Holder's former neighbors in the Richmond Hill section of Queens described him as a troublemaker who frequently got into arguments and threatened people.
Mienkoemar Panchu, 45, said Holder often drank bottles of Corona and Heineken beer and tossed the empties into the street.
"He gets more hyper when he's drunk," Panchu said. "Everybody used to keep a distance on the block."
Only met 2 decent cops in my life...every other countless time I was harrased or had a gun pointed at my head for making a illegal u turn or some other petty shit like that...I can tell some of u never had cops do u dirty but through my life I've had cops slap me up while I'm handcuffed but guns to my head and all kinds of foul shit...and before u say I did something to provoke them just as an example I was pulled over leaving college for my blinker not working and got put in the back of the squad car l, had my car ran sacked, and harassed for over an hour cuz they thought I sold drugs...no evidence just mexican in a nice car with a back back full of books...its bullshit but its just in their nature fuck cops with an aids infested dick
I been a criminal my whole life, been done bad by dirty pigs in and out of the pen and I still don't believe in the Fuck the police generalization. they aren't all crooked. seems like this cop did everything he could to not let the situation escalate. if anything, firing at the tires was the best way to stop the mother from further endangering her children.
The shooting by the LEO on the minivan is now being called an unconstitutional use of deadly force

In Tennessee v. Garner, 471 U.S. 1, 105 S. Ct. 1694, 85 L. Ed. 2d 1 (1985), the Supreme Court ruled that it is a violation of the Fourth Amendment for police officers to use deadly force to stop fleeing felony suspects who are nonviolent and unarmed. The decision, with an opinion written by Justice Byron R. White, said, in part, "We conclude that such force may not be used unless it is necessary to prevent the escape and the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others."

A non violent mother and children as young as 6 years old do not warrant the actions of the police
By the way there is no training to fire at rotating tires from behind, this guy played too many video games or watched too much hollywood, it may even be outside of dept policy
State Police Chief Pete Kassetas called for an internal investigation after video from a police cruiser's dashboard camera taken Oct. 28 drew national attention.
Officer Elias Montoya was placed on paid leave Wednesday pending a disciplinary investigation into the shooting outside the northern New Mexico tourist town of Taos, State Police Chief Pete Kassetas told The Associated Press.
Montoya fired three shots at the minivan, which also was carrying Ferrell's five children. Montoya wrote in a police report that he aimed "at the left rear tire in an attempt to immobilize the vehicle."
The mother and her teen son were arrested in front of a hotel after a brief chase. She has since been released on bond. She faces charges of child abuse, fleeing and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia for a pair of marijuana pipes that authorities say were found in the van.
DeTavis wrote in the police report that Montoya "later bought the entire family McDonald's during the booking process." No phone number was listed for Montoya in Taos County.
Farrell's attorney, Alan Maestas, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
In a letter to the Taos News, Farrell wrote that she hope the officers involved in the traffic stop would never experience what she and her family did.
"It is my prayer that your families never be made to endure that which mine has, as a result of this terrible situation," she wrote. "May you never be put in a position to protect your children from your 'own kind.'"
