Does anybody here get them? I used to have them every now and then, but they were easy to shake. Lately I've been getting them, and they have been INTENSE! I've been averaging about one every other day, and they usually last 20 minutes to an hour.

If you have these, how do you shake the intense ones or cut down on how often they happen? Thanks for the help in advance.

for me what triggers them is binge drinking , lack of sleep and training for powerlifting througth the lack of sleep and drinking. i get em bad , shakes, the feeling of complete uselessness because im worried about gettin another one,my heart rate when up to 160 during 1 episoide,it feels like im dying. they way i beat it and not just deal with it is i know chemically in my head imma get that weird detattched feeling so i say fuck it and kill it. fuck drugs i dont need no medication it runs in my family and we all beat it. i've had one in the past month before then i was getting them atleast once a week to once a day since june to sept.

what works for me is good sleep, good eating not eating junk food all the time, and training , healthy body is a healthy mind

but foreal just know in your head you'er gonna get that weird feeling and as soon as you feel like you gonna have one know what it is and kill it , it aint easy

Just curious Sydal what are your symptoms of a panic attack? They differ from person to person and knowing them and how to handle certain ones help a lot.

Get fresh air and deep breathe too. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and don't concentrate on anything but doing that.

I use to get them a couple times a month.Cleaned up my diet stopped eating fastfood and drinking soda. Started jogging, shook them off as it was all in my head. But when i started to feel one come on i would go for a walk to get fresh air and take deep breaths. I had 2 major ones...1 when i was high and 1 when i had bad indigestion had pain in my chest like i was having a heart attack and had a panic attack. They got meds you can take too.

i've had 2 in my life. i just laid down like i was gonna go to sleep, closed my eyes, and relaxed til i stopped trippin. it's a completely psychological thing for me...both times happened when i had a buncha shit on my mind, and hella things i needed to take care of, and i felt hella overwhelmed by it all. it's mind over matter, your brain is a very powerful tool if you know how to take advantage of it...

NEVER GOT ONE. DO U JUS START TRIPPIN OUT OR WUT? SOUNDS LIKE SOME SHIT THAT HAPPENS TO THE WEAK MINDED
for me ill just be chillin, then one single breath will be alot harder to take, and thats how it starts, then all of a sudden your thinking about why that breath was hard to take, and the next one is harder, then either you panic or you dont, i realized this is what starts mine like someone said, so i just end it there and just think about breathing correctly, and it leaves

I used to smoke hella weed with no problem, and then I stopped for a lil bit, then when I started again I would randomly get panic attacks. I don't smoke no more, but I've gotten em once in a meeting and once on a plane ride from California to Korea. Haven't had one in 6 months tho, I just ride the thing out. Usually I feel hella dizzy, kind of like out of body like, and sweat hella bad. Then when it passes I just feel cold and exhausted.

I don't get em when I'm drunk, but I've had em after a weekend of drinking.

there's a lot of stuff that can cause it... weed, drinking, pills, lack of sleep, stress.

Remember its all in your mind, and you won't die.

You need to notice the on set, and quickly divert your attention... learn to mediate. Weed is weird for some people is can surpress these feelings/ to others it intensify's it
