^ Man, that was classy how he tried to go and help him up afterwards. I think his humbleness is what makes him so likable.

At first, I thought he was trying to pull him up to fight more...lol...

As far as the P4P thing...I think the one thing that Pacquiao has that Mayweather never did, was that killer instinct that people love to watch.

Sure, Mayweather breezed through most of his fights...but never really felt like he left his heart in the ring like Pac does.

yeah pacman is all class. He never really acknowledges his greatness, like the interview they asked how does it feel to be p4p king and he ignored the question entirely and said some bullshit.

here is the video of the Boston Celtics kickin it with Manny after the fight for those that missed it:

Fuckin Manny's fat friend is annoying though...lol...always in the corner during the fight trying to give boxing tips & shit. Shut your fat ass up you ain't Freddy Roach, or even a boxing expert for that matter ! Ha !

David Diaz got a lot of heart, but that's just not enough in a fight sometimes.

My honest opinion, they should have stopped that fight around the 7th or 8th round. Dude was getting killed out there. Once he was knocked down they didn't even count him out (not that he would have gotten up anyway), but the amount of time he was on the canvas afterward is a clear sign they should have stopped the fight early.

One other thing. David Diaz needs to learn how to speak in front of the camera to the people. He was cussing up a storm...very unprofessional.

yeah they could have stopped it earlier, the ref kept giving diaz these hard ass stares as if he was about to stop it, but diaz kept fighting back, like you said he has heart. I also think since he was a world champion and since he has a reputation of coming back late in fights the ref let it continue longer then he probably normally would.

And LOL @ diaz during the interview, I actually thought that was pretty tight. He's from chitown and it shows. sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitttt, the fucker's fast

i thought the fight was weak ..meaning super one sided.

but the part of the whole event was Diaz's interview afterward he said he thought pacman had another person in the ring hitting him cuz he was so fast. Fool was funny as fuck and took it like a man and acknowledged it.

Hell yeah, can't wait for that shit.

I like Cotto to win, but my gut is telling me that Tony might have the tools to win the upset. I'm assuming Cotto will be a heavy favorite.

I don't know if he's a huge favorite, right now I'm seeing around 2 to 1 odds for Cotto.

I personally think Cotto will win, I think he'll be smart and out-box tony. However it's one of those fights where I wouldn't be surprised at all if Cotto gets KO'd. I'm hoping for a war though

^ Yeah, haha...with $850,000 guaranteed...and a percentage of the PPV buys...which I'm sure it did well...he should be looking at the very least a cool mill.

Well deserved too...
