yeah, I think he needs to fight a couple times at 135 though first. Personally I'd like to see him fight the winner of the Nate Campbell/Joan Guzman fight to UNIFY all four belts in the division. Then go after Hatton (he'll KO hatton like mayweather did).

I DONT KNOW, I THINK HATTON MIGHT STEP HIS GAME UP AND NOT GO SO WILD, HE NEEDS TO CALM DOWN ESPECIALLY AGAINST PAC

REDRUM WHOS THAT IN YOUR SIGG?

I think Manny would be too much for Ricky. He's too strong, too fast, and he's a more sound boxer than Hatton, also.

Hatton looked like shit his last fight and took a LOT of punches to his face and almost got KO'd by a guy who Hatton was supposed to easily beat. Hatton doesn't have enough head movement or good defense, pacquaio, like Mayweather, is just too fast for Ricky he would land at will and get the KO. It would be similar to that of the Diaz fight, except Hatton would clinch a lot more.

Hatton's only plus going into the fight would be his size and he could try to muscle pacquaio, but I think Pacman showed very well how he can do against bigger fighters (diaz was pretty big, ripped and wide shoulders and he actually fought most of his career at 140).

This is a picture of Hatton's face after his most recent fight:

This should pretty much tell you how many punches he took to the face and it was by a guy that doesn't have a lot of punching power and no where near the speed of pacquiao.

Also, first things first for Ricky: he is scheduled to fight Paulie Malignaggi at the end of the year, so a fight with Pacman would have to happen sometime in 2009 and there is no guarantee he'll get the W over Paulie the Guido either.

What a dominant force, until the Hatton fight...LOL. Ouch.

What weight did he fight at?
yeah that was his last fight, some 15 years after her turned pro or something.

He fought at 140.
Has wins over:

Sharmba Mitchell (47-2)
Julio Cesar Chavez (old)
Ben Tackie (in his prime, 24-2)
Jesse James Leija
Miguel Angel Gonzalez (43-1)
Diosbelys Hurtado (28-1)
Roger Mayweather
Angel Hernandez (40-1)

He pretty much dominated

yep I sure do.

BTW, he's scheduled to fight Jacky Chan, lol.

**EDIT** Turns out it has been canceled (just today):

Kostya Tszyu vs. Jackie Chan Exhibition Bout is Canceled

By Mark Vester

Former champion Kostya Tszyu informed RIA Novosti on Thursday that an exhibition bout between him and popular actor/martial artist, Jackie Chan, would not happen at the Beijing Olympics.

This past April, exhibition fight organizer Tatyana Trubnikova worked to put the fight together and said Chan was very interested in holding an exhibition bout, but required approval from the Chinese Olympic Committee since he was China's official face for the 2008 Summer Games. Chan will also sing the Chinese national anthem at the opening ceremony on August 8.

"There will be no fight with Jackie Chan," said Tszyu. "At first Chinese authorities gave their permission, but then after considering all the details, decided that the Olympic ambassador should not be punched in the face."

Ricky Hatton sucks.

The only reason why he's even mentioned as an opponent is because he keeps his dumb moronic soccer loving fat toothless fan base with him, and it'll sell tickets and PPV buys.

Do his idiotic fans even watch boxing ? Seems to me they're too busy singing while Ricky gets his face rearranged.
