he fucked up, if he on the ground bleeding and from his head and shit you can't justify in a courtroom executing him. what he SHOULD of done from a legal standpoint is disarm him, then you know, ambulance will take an hour so he'll prob just bleed out.
so if you accumulate THC (or keef like yall call it) in say a coffee grinder or a handgrinder for a month, you know you got a nice 20 or something if cops raid your house you can face 10 years? Because that is cultivating hash, just not processing it with ice water and silkscreens.
the reason they probably do it is to deter growers because every 2-4 oz plant is gonna give you like a quarter from the leaves. Still a bullshit law but their is probably more to it.

Not saying you're right or wrong, 'cause we all react differently when put in the situation. But when a dude is incapacitated and you pump him full of bullets...where will you go? The more important question is, how are you any good to your family locked in a cell? Incapacitating the dude would save your family, but incapacitating him and then taking it to the next level just fucks your family up.

I agree with this, morals and principles don't matter for shit in the court of law. But like everyone saying you can probably blame this on the adrenaline rush, he may have just reacted without thinking. Plus knowing that there is cameras watching your every move I think he'd be idiotic if he thoroughly considered shooting an incapacitated 16 year old rather than just disarming him.
a dude shot 1 of 3 guys in his house in my city last night. hes now up for manslaughter. he came home and somehow managed to shoot the dude in the leg with his own gun and the dude bled out in the gutter 50 meters down the road. fucked up if he gets time for it. that is if the story he tells is 100% true
