yea my xbox just fucked up last week or w.e got the red light thing...anyways they said they were sending a box for it and its been 8 days and no box they said 3-7 days...its gonna take like 2 months to get my xbox back....why couldnt they jsut give me a brand new one..stupid ass hoez.

@ masked lemon, so if I buy an xbox 360 off ebay that has the 3 red light error I can send it into microsoft and they will repair it?

i had the same fuckin problem, i called 4 times and each time they told me they were updating their system and i should call back in 30 minutes, so finally today i asked to talk to a supervisor and after an hour on hold i finally got them to send out the box. hopefully i can get it back before to long cause i wanna play the new madden. what state are they located in?

I got mine back today actually. The letter says they just replaced my 360 rather than fixing the old one. It took about 10 days to get it back. Not too bad and cost me nothing......

let me know if the xbox that they sent you back is any better, like quieter or cooler running.

i sent my first xbox got it back in 2 weeks from day of call to xbox getting back to me. the 2nd time it took 2 and a half weeks. but i think they are busyier now so it might take up to 3 weeks. and there service center is in texas.

I just got mine back yesterday...took em about 2 weeks

Usually it's 10 days..

When I called for status on my 360 the other day...they said since the warrenty got extended their repair center has been busier then normal..and that was why my 360 was taking longer
