LOL @ not needing Posey. Of course you don't NEED another player at that position, but since Mullens/etc. are so against going after a legit BIG MAN, why not? You could put Jesus Christ Ellis at C, and be good. LOL @ not needing Posey, but Smith being OK. LOL LOL LOL
KG isn't a legit big man? Brand isn't a legit big man?
Also I'd take Posey in a heart beat..dudes a proven winner

lol you don't NEED josh smith, what you gonna do run him or Jackson at the 4? lol your getting your self into the same problem, NO CENTER!
Uhhh, Jackson has played at the 4 atliest half the time he's been a Warrior and he's done pretty well for being undersized...he owns Dirk when defending him.

If I had a choice tho I'd prefer him at SF...fuck the small ball shit. Im not content with making the playoffs and gettin knocked out quick like some of ya'll believe all Warriors fans think...gimme a championship contender

What about when he's defending? Duncan, Gasol/Bynum, Stoudamire, Aldridge, Boozer will eat him alive if he's forced to play them straight up consistantly. And that's just the west.

Let me rephrase that: Actually GETTING a legit big man.

Also...I saw the Warriors just signed Ronny Turiaf to an offer sheet. Lakers have 7 days to match it.
Hopefully they do. I don't like Ronnie Turiaf. Hopefully Kobe can force the Lakers to do this since Ronnie's his best friend on the team.

I think Biedrins will be the starting center most of the time..hard to tell with Nellie tho since he changes the starting line-up every game

but i dont think the Dubs need Turiaf right now. If the warriors really get Maggette...why would they need Turiaf for?
What are you talkin about? Maggetti is a swing man...Turiaf is a front court player. 2 different positions....plus the Warriors need all the beef they can get inside.

my mistake. but Turiaf isnt anything special though. i could be wrong but everytime i watched the lakers it seemed like he was always struggling to make something happen for himself. personally, i was never impressed but thats just me.

BUT THEN AGAIN...i think he would fit right in perfectly in Oakland....

if Turiaf comes to the warriors, i'm sure he'll be very happy to leave that triangle offense in LA !!! from what i've seen, Turiaf can hit the 15 footer, a very high energy player, foul prone lol, gives the W's some much needed size, and is a smart player. Nellie loves smart big men that can pass.....and hopefully Turiaf can bring that !! and for $4 mill a season, not bad for a backup C/PF !!! Foyle 2.0
