More like Joe Thornton needs to step it up. He should be bitch slapped for having no fucking heart. You don't win the Stanley Cup playing like it's the first game of the season. At least Heatley and Marleau have excuses: one is hurt and the other is playing on the same line as a slacker and a gimp.

With that said, I hope the Sharks can pull this off. I would love to see Pittsburgh vs. San Jose in the finals.

Thornton. He plays with absolutely no passion, and never seems to have a sense of urgency when it's needed. He plays the same calm game night in and night out, which sounds fine, but it's not fine in the NHL playoffs. Watch the way the Montreal Canadiens played against the Caps the last 2 games, or even at Joe Pavelski as examples of what it takes to win, and what Joe Thronton doesn't do.
