Tech N9NE, no questions asked

Celph Titled, great punchlines, incredible voice, hard-hitting delivery

Twiztid, love their wicked lyrics and style

Reef The Lost Cauze, his last album was disappointing to me, but his debut was incredible and his AOTP stuff (just like Celph) is the shit

Dizee Rascal, best live show I've ever been to, tore the place up, and his albums were consistently fire

AZ, legenary rapper, isn't really consistent with his albums but has the best flow in the game IMO

Canibus, uncomparable voice and style, great lyricist

Bizzy Bone or even better Bone Thugs n Harmony, still listen to E 1999 once in a week at least, probably my favorite style of music, too bad Flesh had to get locked up again

Cage, twisted dude, but I just like his music

RA the Rugged Man, Die, Rugged Man, Die was outstanding and his stuff always delivers

Honorable mentions that just didn't make the list today, but could tomorrow
Slug
Obie Trice
Ludacris
Kutt Calhoun
Tonedeff
Eminem
P.O.S.

I left of a lot of Legends and obvious ones. I know my Hip Hop 101 but I don't listen to much of the "greats" a lot.

I see a lot of repeats, that's good! Some of my favorite MC's ever were mentioned. Here's my list in no order...

1. 2Pac (no explanation needed)
2. Nas (one word "illmatic")
3. Tech N9ne (you know already)
4. Big Punisher ("Dead in the middle of little italy...")
5. Eminem (and until I hear "Relapse" I'm a say "MMLP" Eminem, like before "Death Magnetic" you'd always say "old Metallica" vintage Eminem is what I'm talking about)
6. Canibus (just utterly brilliant and original)
7. Esoteric (after hearing every album he has and his killer verses with AOTP, he's cemented a spot at the top)
8. Chino XL (what can I say? Chino has done the lyrical impossible from "kreep" to "nunca" to "wordsmith" he is the definition of lyricism)
9. Jay-Z (I know what you're saying, but listen to "Reasonable Doubt" and "The Black Album" before you say it)
10. Method Man (What would the world be without "M-E-T-H-O-D Man..."? He has always been one of the best)

Honorable Mentions:

The Notorious BIG
Kool G. Rap
KRS-One
Rakim
Ras Kass
Immortal Technique
Sticky Fingaz
Redman
Twista
Vinnie Paz
Kurupt
RZA
Del
Proof
Apathy
Ghostface Killah
RA The Rugged Man
Celph Titled
Inspectah Deck

There's thousands more to name...

There's my two pennies... :)
