BARON DAVIS >>>> brandon roy

Roy is a great young player and he will most likely have more allstar games to come in the future.. Baron though is having a better season.. the numbers speak for themselves... Portland has done great things this season and kind of unexpectedly.. and after they went on that big win streak and have continued to win Roy arguably is deserving of the spot. Either way it goes someone will always get left out that deserves to go. Hopefully Baron does play with a chip on his shoulder.. I know when we play portland again thats gonna be a great PG matchup and both players will have a lot to prove.
its not all stats!!!!!!!!!!! god damn. the only stat you need to worry about is W/L and the expectations the two teams had at the beginning of the year, and you see why roy is on there..

lol yeah because those all-star shootarounds and practices are sooooooo strenuous. jesus you guys act like baron davis is made of glass. yeah he's been more injury prone over his career but come on...
He has a surgically repaired knee....anything he does on his feet is gonna be felt. If he can stay off his feet as much as he can for 5 days straight, who cares? I was with a good friend of mine during All-Star weekend in Denver in 2005. He told me that looking back, if he could have rested his legs, he would've. With everything that was going on, he was on his feet for about 20 hours for 3 of the 5 days. Any rest is good rest.

look...i'm not saying baron playing and not getting the rest is good...of course the rest would be better for him or anyone

all i'm saying is that some of you make it seem like the all-star game is super strenuous and like the same as him playing back to back 40 minute games

ok buddy sure.. the only stat that matters is the one that Roy actually might be ahead in huh?? the points, assists, rebounds, steals, etc. don't matter at all.. yeah ok...

not THAT MUCH, stats aren't 100% of the weight, ask Z-Bo last year what 23 points and 10 rebounds a game gets you..... zip-zero.

who do you think the better overall player is right now BD or Roy?
Well, I'm a Blazer fan so I'm biased, but I think the better OVERALL player is Roy, but thats irrelevant because Roy and Davis don't play the same position. Be mad at that one of the other point guards got in instead of Davis. Roy is a 2 guard who is very capable of running the 1 for stretches.

stats are 100% when it comes to allstar games and if they have a shitty record then maybe they wont be noticed much but diddy had almost the same record as the blazers so the stats in this case between the 2 is wat seperates em cause both of em are winning games and both are playin all out.

Right now. roy is,at this age....... the coaches speak for themselves
where not talking age, thats like saying roy is better than kobe becasue of age. stope being biased and face the facts lol. coaches didnt know because it wasnt between them 2 u were making sense a couple days ago what happened? is because ur squad is tied with NY right now lol

I know yall are goin 2 get heated regardless....but there really is no way that Baron Davis is one of the top 12 players in the West...even if his stats say that he is.....Ive rooted 4 dood from like forever, when I watch him play.....I always am shocked at how selfish a player he seems.....especially for a pg....Warriors should trade him styll
