Like most of you, I wasn't happy with the pick at first, but after doing the same reading I feel a little better about it. I'm not gonna say he will be a beast until I see it, but he's tough and very young. There's a lot of upside to him, so let's hope he makes an immediate impact and matures into a beast

Aldon muthafuckin Smith.... I have to say i was underwhelmed about the pick until i researched him. He has a lot of potential and if we resign Lawson then hopefully we can have a pretty decent pass rush.

I feel like we could have traded a couple spots down for him. Oh well here is hoping that he becomes a beast.

And a special fuck you to the cardinals for taking Peterson.

After watching some more videos of Aldon Smith, I think I'm sold with dude...I remember watching him during college games, but didn't pay him that much attention. His highlights have proved me wrong about him, the dude is a beast and he'll mos def fix that hole in pass rushing...

I still say we should have drafted Prince before him, but I'm glad we got this dude...

The dude is not that bad though, I think under Harbaugh he can be developed into a better QB...
