In my opinion yeah but that wasn't my point. My point was that y'all need a proven qb to be a playoff contender again. Maybe Martz can get the best out of the Qb's y'all have now.

But yeah I would say we're a better overall team right now. That was Chree who brought up the comparison between the teams. I was just saying the Niners need a qb or a wr.

Qb= Raiders= Walter/Russell, 49ers=Smith/Hill/OSullivan based on wins and experience, 49ers win
Rb= 49ers, Gore is 4 years younger than Fargas, who has been a career backup
WR= Bruce/Johnson/Lelie/Battle/Hill or Walker/and the 2 nobodies.. = 49ers win
FB= Raiders
TE= Niners VD/Delanie Walker
OL= Niners
DL= Tie (Kelly Coming off surgery, burgess too)
LB= Niners
Secondary= 49ers... Hall isnt a Raider yet.... and with Hall its pretty even

Offense= 49ers, Martz as OC is better than Greg Knapp

@chree... I'll give you Gore over Fargas because Gore has the ability to make defenders miss in the open field. Foster can't get with Rhodes on his best day.

"On paper" maybe your receiving core may look better but I'll still take ours because of Walker and the new speedster Carter.

Secondary.... are you kiddin' about your secondary being even with ours once Hall become's officially a Raider? LOL.. you can't be serious.

Thomas Howard is pretty good not as good as P. Willis though. Kirk Morrison is pretty deep too... don't forget about our newly signed safety Gibril Wilson (so that's an upgrade over Stuart Shweigart).
