spiller isnt just a return man even tho he is real nice at it, he can also do other things and is a playmaker all around.
balke been talkin talkin bout how he would like a 2 back system to help spell gore and also keep him healthy.
if spiller is available at 13 or 17 we will probably take him unless someone like earl thomas is still around. either 1 of these guys will beast and can help us immediately.

There's "little doubt" the 49ers would draft Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen if he slips to No. 13 overall, a league source tells the San Jose Mercury News.
Acting GM Trent Baalke professed his faith in Alex Smith on Thursday, but Smith's biggest supporter in the organization walked out the door when Scot McCloughan was banished. Baalke also promised the Niners would draft the best player available. This report is credible, especially if San Francisco has Clausen rated as a top-12 player. It remains to be seen if Clausen gets past the Browns (No. 7), Raiders (8), Bills (9), and Jaguars (10).

i agree, i hope that they give him playing time though. jason hill seemed raw the year before. they gave him no playing time this year, i was pissed about that..
anyways if hill gets some play time and steps it up along with morgan then theres no excuse to not go deep into the playoffs. The defense is set and top 5, hands down.
