Producers gotta stay relevant too so they makin beats that sound more commercial. Bo could DEFINITELY use better beats but who's to say that most the beats he got access to are the shit? I'm sure the rappers we grew up wit aint sayin "No i aint rappin to that old bullshit" when it come to some mob-type beats and i doubt successful producers is doin them beats on a regular basis.
But isn't that exactly what's wrong with rap today?!

Producers tryin to sound commercial to make big money! Same with rappers. They used to just make music that they like, which ended up being good music that sold. Now they try to copy mainstream shit etc. and the music ends up being shitty...

I doubt that C-Bo rather bumps Money To Burn than Till My Casket Drops in his stereo...

Hell yeah thats whats wrong and i HATE it but it seems like thats the reality of it. Producers is tryna get paid hella bread like the rappers and I THINK it could be cause for years producers were always unsung and underpaid. It's a theory of mine and i dont know if its right or wrong. Since Dre, a lot of producers wanna be stars.

^^^I personally think its because everybody that has a computer can be a producer nowadays and they all want some quick easy cash...

Back in the day only people who were really into music and had talent would consider being a producer...
