all about matchups. the young and helter skelter team are our weakness and have been all season. see when the playoffs 1st started i didnt feel the lakers would get past my team or spurs for that matter but they moved it up a notch that they never shown in the reg. season so they are dangerous right now. but with Ray finally back hopefully we can find a level to go to to match up the intensity the lakers been bringing every playoff game. i think we might:knockout:
I'm a laker fan so maybe I might sound sort of bias. But do yall or scratch that, I mean do YOU (kazzam) think the celtics gotta chance?? First of all, who on there team has even been to the finals?? Casell only! N he aint really getting any playing time. You must have expirence in these kind of games. The lakers on the other hand have the biggest advantage because of which players have expierence. Our pg will shut down rondo and he won't make the stupid decisions that un-expierenced players make. Kobe will also play lights out, Bowen was the last decent defender in the playoffs. This will not be close, the celtics take game 1 off of adrenline and lose 4 straight
wow, u prove ur intelligence is extremely low with every sentence you wrote. i'm not taking shit away from lakers cause they are good. but are you saying rondo wont be able to guard fisher? he fucking guarded chauncy and did a helleva job in almost all the games. and you want to talk matchups who the hell is gonna guard KG? gasol? then who can guard perkins and if ur biggest man is on G he wont be near the paint as much leading us for more rebs and 2nd chance shots. and how long have u been a lakers fan? have u ever watched a lakers/ celtics game the past 8 years? Pierce can defend Kobe better than almost anyone out there and always does a good job on him. Kobe only shot 30% against pierce this year in the 2 games on average. and now u say theres no more decent defenders lol. not only do we have the #1 defense in the NBA but we have the fucking defensive player of the year. now dont get me wrong i'm not dissin ur team but ur just saying stupid shit to prove you dont know much about my team.
you're right i thought the pistons matched up well against us and even though we had the slighter edge i thought there experience would get them past us. and even if i also feel the pistons are a better team then the lakers so that doesnt really prove shit anyway. but yeah i said i didnt think they would get past detroit and i was wrong so what. all i said slightly negative besides that is i said as long as they win 1 series i'll be happy cause of what i had to deal with for the past couple of years and i'm a happy man right now. win or lose i always wanted to see the lakers/celts final with my own eyes live and imma be able to so i'm excited then a motherfucker. if this were the spurs in the finals and we lost i would be pissed cause i dont like em but if we do infact lose to the lakers it's all god just as long as we put up a good fight which i think we will
