i copped this one last week.. its already in the shop ready to paint.. i gotta go there today and pick out a color.. i was thinking of making a color by mixing kandy rootbeer with kandy tangerine...
It's the same car, but he yanked the vinyl top off and got some 26" Forziati's. I'm not sure if he flattened the base coat, though. The pic was taken during a storm it looks like and that could affect the way the color looks dull in the second pic.
Same here. I was ahead of the curb on the A-bodies, man. I had two a few years before the boom for that style car became popular. My first had a 455ci, flat black primer with 15x10 and 15x8 Cragar Classics on it and Cooper Cobra radials with that famous exaggerated Cali stance. I was never in enough cash to make my dreams of doing it big and before anyone else could come true.
I bought my first for $900, and my second for $3500. The first was three different colors when I bought it, while my second was in great condition and black with the vinyl hard top. My brother has it now. I'm thinking about buying it back from him and working on it.
i had big dreams of big rims and a big motor with a crazy ass black or Cosmos Purple metallic paint job, long before Donks and that retarded shit started hitting the streets. I almost shat myself when I found that pic of the Buick above the other day because it's like the dude pulled my blueprint outta my head and ran with it.
THAT BLACK ON BLACK CAR IS FUCKIN SICK... BUT IMO HE SHOULDA KEPT THE HARDTOPAND SAME PAINT, AND 22S OR 24S INSTEAD OF 26'S. 6'S LOOK KINDA WIERD WITH THE NON-GLOSSY PAINTBUT THE OTHER MODS HE DID ARE COO

Its the 'house brand' from the place I shop up on Aurora, its basically all pioneer parts put together by a third party. There are already two pioneer 6x9s in there that sound decent and I'm putting full range 4"s in the doors.
I don't really care about shaking the block these days, I'd much rather have a better full range and actually enjoy listening to the music.
Amazingly there's not much rattle on her even when the sub is slumpin.
