File a "not as described" claim with paypal. Hey millions do it daily, why be left out? See if you guys would fess up and admit to not being satisfied more often, rather than just arbritrarily filing claims because you had second thoughts about buying the item, maybe things would be better. If you would hold each and every seller accountable to his or her word about the items being sold. Rather than making up excuses to try and get an item for free. Hey what novel ideas. The relationship between buyer and seller is so fragile. It can go up in flames so quickly, and all of it oculd have been prevented. By making sure you represent your stuff as honestly and accurately as possible, rather than hiding anything, that obviously helps. But you will never make everyone happy no matter what you do. It is better to be content and satisfied with yourself that you fulfilled all ends of responsibility to your buyer. And if that person turns out to be trash, well then only one of you will have trouble living with themselves afterward. I may not be well liked here or on ebay, but at least I don't get shitted on and I take care of my customers. Bottom line here is there is NO excuse to keep your buyer waiting that long for the stuff they bought. None. Nor any excuse for not being able to send one fucking email to them to assure them the product is on the way, etc. And NO excuse for adding insult to injury by not being accurate on description of item you are selling. And it all comes back to bite you in the long run...
