Legit

Yeah, he is Legit, but he does take his sweet time shipping things sometimes. That's mostly due to him downloading them before he sends them, but if it's been over a month, then I would do what I gotta do. If not, then be patient until it has been a month. I don't care how legit a person is, if it's been a month and no CD, then I would have to protect myself. Especially without any response from the seller. I send things Registered Mail and sometimes Registered mail can take up to and beyond 3 weeks to arrive to a customer, because the manner in which the package is handled.

Keep in mind once you put through escalating any disputes to a claim then if this guy who you say is legit doesn't reply in time they will automatically find in your favor and give you your moneda back. I found this out a time when I was too ill to be on a computer and did not know someone didn't receive my item. Come to find out after being off a computer for awhile that paypal tried to contact me and when they didn't get any responses the idiots found in other guy's favor. And proceeded to steal my money. As ebay seems to be good at doing. Without my consent. You see you have no recourse here as a seller, if you do things on the straight and narrow. You are at mercy of buyer to take your money and product all the time. If I've said it a million times I didn't say it enough... Ebay/Paypal is a worthless company chock full of morons who are so incompetent, so uncaring, and so pathetic that they mistreat their customers regularly, discriminate against them, arbitrarily remove their listings for no reason at all, and invent bogus seller fees and claim you didn't pay when you did. If you know what's good for you, let your voices be heard. We need viable alternatives to ebay/paypal. As sellers especially. I am sickened at the despicable actions of this company towards me and others that I have seen all too many times. Until there is a better place to take our business I have been forced to take matters into my own hands and hold this wretched company accountable for the things they have done to me. They have hurt me monetarily, as well as caused me physical and emotional anguish. Therefore I have taken steps to make sure they lose. It is truly a shame you have to sink to their level (as well as the level of some scrupleless buyers & sellers) just to exist (make a few dollars) and enjoy a hobby that is one of few things in the world that brings you some joy... I only wish this life on all of them...

Well it's complicated and at the same time very simple lane. You see the way I have it setup, even if a buyer were to escalate any claims against me (bogus ones where they go for their money back and keep your product also) I won't lose a cent now. And everytime ebay goes to dock me their "fees" let's just say I don't a lose a cent there either... In the end result it is ebay/paypal that becomes the loser in all cases. So I could care less if the buyer is dishonest and tries to cheat me. Because he/she is only cheating ebay/paypal, not me... Same results from when I was a buyer, although I had other approaches to accomplishing this. I will however NEVER buy on ebay again. It's a temporary fix but will do until I find a better auction site to use. And everytime they interfere with my auctions and rip them down for no reason (and when I say no reason I mean that the stuff I sell is as legit as it gets) I simply create more names so in the end result I may not make as much on my items as I would want but I put enough of a hurt monetarily on this pathetic company as possible... And never lose a cent to list anything. And that alone puts a smile on my face. And at the same time makes them look like the fools that they truly are...
