Anyone ever put serious consideration into moving outside the US?

The country is obviously on its way downhill. And lately, I've been thinking about my futute and where I want to live. I gotta admit, Europe offers a lot of culture and interesting ways of life very different than America. Would it be a culture shock? I dunno... but you can go to different places in the US and feel culture shocked. Right?

Canada just seems straight up boring. I don't think I can live there.

Mexico... No. Way. In. Hell.

Australia would be cool except it's so far away. Plane tickets there are hella expensive and visiting my family and friend would become a burden.

Anyone else have ambitions in other countries? Perhaps more non-corrupt countries

Buy your own island. I've been saying this for years to people but nobody takes me seriously. Look it up online, you can buy islands for less than 500K, and some of them actually have houses/resorts and shit on them, so they are functional.

I am highly considering moving out of this country once I graduate. I was actually thinking about taking my resume to Europe with me after I graduate so I can see if I can get a job somewhere over there.....I wouldn't mind living in the US, cause I'm still going to do whatever the fuck I want, within reason. And if I die, then I die, but if I stay in the US, I'm going to be bearing arms, quite a few of them. I think the smart people of this country need to take it back from the redneck inbred mother fuckers, but that won't happen cause people are too fuckin lazy, and won't just buck up and grab a shot gun for the revolution.

But like OhCoy said, it doesn't matter where you go, there will be a one world government within the next 50 years, probably less. I just hope a few people fight against it, cause humanity and the longevity of this planet depends on it.

I would head to a Nordic country, Sweden, Finland, Norway are excellent places.
What makes them excellent? I'm trying to get as much information as I can, I'm gonna try to hit up several countries when I go to Europe....

And what Nav said....get here, get money, and go somewhere where it's actually fucking worth something...I got a friend who went to Ecuador over spring break and he met a chick down there who works for the gov't....A 2 story house and like 1-2 acres is only like 30K American.....and that's AFTER the house is built.

Save, and don't buy a house. There are some that are 150K and 200K down by Belize and shit....I've looked into it heavily but since I don't have the money I didn't go any further than just looking and researching.

I haven't seriously thought about it until recently. I don't want to live under a government I'm ashamed of and every time I turn on the news it is becoming more and more that way..

Unfortunately, LA's in my heart. I don't even like the rest of the country, much less the rest of the world. I need my crime, pollution, freeways and Mexican food all in close proximity of one another..

So don't get one in South or Central America...There are some in the middle of lakes and seas....Either way, water floods, or rain, or tsunamis are always a concern for living on an island....I'd want electricity though.
