Best Buy is offering a special Sub-Zero character for 360 purchases if I remember correct.

So it looks like there's gonna be variants of characters as opposed to exclusive characters for the 360.

if you preorder you get classic skins for reptile,sub zero, scorpion through different retailers..i dont think thats an xbox only deal

360 will have no exclusive character like ps3/kratos

and im sure any and all skins/variants will be made into DLC for both consoles
