Yes, actually there is. O'Reilly makes a concerted effort to bring people of opposite sides of the issue on his show; and not just arbitrary figures, but people who can hold their own and take a stand.

And they also differ in that Moore really does not give a fuck about women, churches, children, etc. All Moore cares about is politics and getting paid.
