As mars assistant I go to every show he does and that was by far one of the worst ones ever as a staff member. I'm sure Mars doesn't mean any disrespect but 99.9% of the shows we do are flawless. The sound guys there sux they didn't even know how to set up a wireless mic. There was no time frame of when all the performers were supose to be playing at exact times. It was just a very unprofessional place. Shit there was so many people (non artist) that were allowed in the green room that there wasn't any room for any of the actuall artist.

I don't really follow any MIR music, but I'm willing to go. It's local and it's a show, can't really turn it down. Who knows, might make a new fan.

I don't follow Mars much, but he put on a good show. There was so much wrong with the show in molesto, but I was still thoroughly entertained by Mars as well as Kung Fu Vampire.

I would be insulted by the "letting you play in a market that nobody would book you in" comment if you knew what you were talking about. Mars has been National for years and I just did 86 Shows Nationally in 2010 alone and one of them was a Kung Fu Vampire headlining National Tour. Modesto is the last place I would book, the worst show I have played in many years and the worst I have ever been disrespected EVER at any show. I haven't experienced that kind of stress at a show since the 90's. If I would have known there was gonna be a rock show marathon prior to my performance at a Hip Hop/ Horrorcore Show, I would have never signed on to perform, even if Mars promised 10 chicks would suck my dick at the same time while rolling around in a full sized pool of 100 dollar bills and free Teriyaki Beef Jerkey and Sweet tea! Well actually I may have still done it, LOL. but seriously....BAD EXPERIENCE. With all that being said, I still don't really give a shit, that's why you didn't hear me on here complaining, but when a can of bullshit gets opened up I tend to throw it in the garbage.

Here's my score:
A for Effort.
F for Self Awareness

Since you are a tad uneducated, let me help you with a little video clip you can find on the old world wide web by simply typing in my name.

oh and as for Cobalt, you seem like a cool cat, and I know you tried, i bumped the Zombie project and thought it was pretty decent. Hit me up anytime for whatever.

Cobalt, the thing is there should have been SOMEONE to go onstage inbetween the rock act when the place was PACKED and our show to let them know things weren't over. There was a huge lull of downtime and as a patron I probably would have said "let's bounce" too. I think that part definitely could have been handled better. Bro it was damn near 11:00 ATLEAST when I started seeing people from our show going on and that's just too damn late.

i dont disagree with you at all.. it did get off to a late start and that shit didn't sit right with any of us so we handled it with management the next morning.. it was a lack of stage management & stage hands to break down after the 9pm show that led to a delay as a whole. sorry again to anybody who may have been inconvenienced & expected more. Our presentation is on point usually! & honestly the show was still dope once it got rolling & the turnout was well over 200+ so thanks again to everyone who made hell before halloween possible including kung fu, d.e., mars & friends. 100

Well yeah that for sure wasn't smooth at all, but the parts I was referring to is the fact that dude was wanting to see First Degree The DE perform. He didn't. But since you mention it was the first time people unknown by the acts were ever allowed to walk in and out of our dressing room without security (and the club wonders why shit got fucked up in there) when all of our clothes, gear, and ect were out in the open and the fact that there was no sound check with everyone flying in and driving in from out of town to do sound check at 5:00pm like you said when you actually showed up 3 or 4 hours later, when there was a sound check for the band it was in front of a huge crowd (unheard of in the industry and REALLY unprofessinal), the mics weren't on for one of the main acts that DID get to play so the sound check was pointless anyways and everyone left because it ran late because there was two shows being thrown in one night with ONE stage including a rock show (again, unheard of in the industry) and me and First Degree and Savzilla's set were cut so all of our fans / friends / family that came to see us didn't get the show they were hoping for. One of his band members left the group the next day partly because of the booking. Then having two of my friends and my brother getting arrested and ME being blamed for the broken shit backstage and you asking me who did it to tell the venue, so they can tell the police. But getting paid and being banned from a venue for somebody else's actions was the shit though. I was happy to get paid if I played or not because of the amount of promo my team put in. I understand shit happens or sometimes things don't go as planned but that night you were far from a Smoooooth operator.....

and that folks...is the cold hard truth....couldnt have said it better myself.

The Jew and I had fun... First time I have ever been so loaded I nodded off while recording, also got footage of him nodding off while supervising the merchandise booth... Haven't had more fun in Modesto since I think it was tequilla willy's? This was the 2nd time I have ever been to Modesto...
