Foreman is going to try his best to make this a snooze fest on purpose with his height and jab. What else can he really do in this situation?

Cotto a little over a 2-1 fave though...
Foreman does that in almost all his fights .. why wouldn't he do it against Cotto? The fights where he had lapses and tried to slug it out were the fights where he fought to close decisions, i.e. against Tsurkan. Foreman is a pure boxer and that's what he should be trying to do here .. the more boring the fight is the more I favor Foreman.

I really don't know how to call this fight anymore, too many variables.

At first I liked Foreman based on his size and style. And then I liked Cotto because he got a real trainer. Now I don't know.

I put money where my heart is and that's a bad idea usually - I put money on Cotto to win inside the distance. I think I done fucked up and should have went with my initial gut reaction! No turning back now, Cotto better beat that ass do it for the Palestinians lol

I'd favor Green to beat that ass but he hasn't fought in a while he had kidney stones or something like that I believe, so I'm not sure if he's at full form. If he is I got Greene.

I don't really like Vanes for some reason, I just want to see him get KO'd.

I just saw Greene is a 3-1 underdog. So fuck it I put $25 on Greene for the hell of it. I never been too impressed with Vanes, always thought he'd get murdered by any of the top 154 guys like james kirkland, Williams, Martinez. And of course he was getting worked by Ouma his last fight. Greene hasn't really fought anyone that good but fuck it, go Greene!

....Cotto's one of my favorites...But after that loss to margarito, he just dosent seem right....Then his father died and didnt he have problems with his wife? That takes some mental toughness and time to get through all that which is more than understandable.....I thought he was ready for the Paquio fight, but he was DOMINATED........Then again who hasnt paquio dominated as of late......

In my opinion Cotto's defense sucks....He tries to bob and weave to much instead of covering himself.......If Emanuel didnt correct this...Foreman is gonna pull off the win.....

Foreman wont hurt Cotto which means he wont be able to stop Cotto from coming in aggressively which means lights out. I hear he will try and make it a boring fight by jabbing on the outside and shit but that doesnt work that well against Cotto. The way to beat Cotto is to make him back up other then that you better have great combinations or your gonna get smashed but the big advantage is the height and reach advantage for Foreman but i dont think its enough when your not a threat to knock someone out

Hm, I think a lot of people are underestimating Yuri's power. He's not a big puncher, but he's a lot bigger than Cotto, and he's going to have a lot of leverage with the height advantage.

Don't forget he dropped Santos twice in his last fight.

I don't mind him boxing. I always admire a pure boxer.
Just want him to mix it up and show some skills, rather than take the safe route and just hide behind his height and jab all night. Dance around, throw combos, do something. Make it crowd pleasing. It helps him in the long run.

Plus you can tell by his build, the guy probably hits softer than Paulie.

Cotto needs to go to work early on the body, to try and take the gas out of Yuri's tank, because Yuri never stops moving.

Should be a good one. I like both guys.

should be a good fight. It all depends if cotto can get inside or not. I could end up losing on two bets tonight haha. I parlayed and won some money yesterday, bet on the Cuban Yudel Johnson and the Filipino Mercito Gesta to win, which they both did, so I'll probably lose that money and then some tonight (bet on cotto and greene).
