The way i see it is that the entire American South is a huge drug oven whose sole function is to "provide" the rich USA with their no.1 need. For them, selling drugs to the US is the most profitable business/easiest way to make a lot of money in a short amount of time. Entire populations are inviolved in the production and trafficking, but only few really benefit from it. If these countries (reaching from Paraguay up to the US border) weren't predominantly occupied with producing drugs they wouldn't be so poorly developed.
bingo

and if the united states wasnt so wrapped up in fighting the drugs they help bring in and imprisoning their own people in the interest of monetary gains, it would have never got this bad.

lol i was in cancun to mane haha this year and no im not pimping the cartels just being real. Going against the cartel is stupid they already have the "leader" of anonymous running for his life. That is what im trying to say, there is only so much anonymous can do hacking wise, they had some information on the cartel but it my opinion is useless information because the people running the Mexican government are afraid of the cartels for every one member to get caught they massacre 10,like they told anonymous.
I am saying Anonymous will lose if they continue to taunt the cartel. Anonymous members are people that make mistakes and they get caught, the FBI arrests them and that information is some way some how bought from the cartel, those guys are marked. Not a a computer or a software can save them.

And they let him go because they thought killing some computer nerd was meaning less but anonymous backed down from their threat to expose the cartel. The cartel threaten them back saying you expose one name we kill 10 of yours. The cartel had the upper hand and they had an anonymous member with anonymous information they could have easily tortured the information from the hostage. Im not saying the cartel was right for kidnapping the anonymous member because i don't know why they did it in the first place but they didn't know what anonymous was before that happened.

And yes cartels make money from weed but they also manufacture and sell other drugs too, i don't know what the cartel does for income but their actions make things pretty clear.Extortion, ransoms, all types of drugs, human trafficking, rob banks i don't know what the zetas do for their money but there are many other ways to make money than drugs. As long as Cartels exist the drugs will never ever ever be legalized.

It can viewed in several ways, one being: Anonymous threatened to leak info on cartels if they dont release dude (this was clearly stated in their video); the cartel released dude on time (before nov 5th, which, again, was clearly stated in their video), so no info was leaked; the cartel took this as a slap in the face, and decided to throw a threat out there of their own not to appear weak.

Maybe thats it, maybe it isn't. And unless you are apart of the situation, your guess is as good as mine. Thats the bottom line here.

PS - and no offense, but you dont know much about real hacking if you think its just easy to find some of the best hackers in the world. There is a reason large corporations HIRE these guys...to help fight AGAINST the same type of people. Hacking can be a serious business and these people can be undetected for years and years if they make the right moves.

What is more profitable than drug trafficking? You think they gonna start breeding people to sell their organs all of a sudden or something?

Also, i doubt the cartels like you spouting all this "knowledge" about them on the net, i'd be careful if i were you, you never know who's reading, i been to Cancun last Juli and seen some shit that'd give you your kids and your grandchildren nightmares, be easy man.
lol im not exposing the cartel im simply informing people that think anonymous will end the cartel with information that every one in Mexico and in the USA are seeing.Im not telling any one what each cartel does exactly where they operate who they work for or anything like that because i am not a member of the cartel i am just an observer. the information i spit is from the cartel members themselves from documented statements and interviews and information from interrogation videos they, the cartels, make public.

^^The thing is that all those companies just lobby against it because they want to keep expanding their personal data collection, which will eventually create the transparent citizen who is easier to manipulate and exploit. Like a week ago i tried to log into Facebook and that shit asked me for my personal phone number for "security verification puposes", now i can't log into it without entering my number. Times are really changing for the worst...

^This is scary as fuck and it also creates a dilemma in so far that a lot of employees check for your facebook/personal info on the net before they hire you. If they don't find anything they think you have something to hide/are an anti social weirdo, when in reality you're only careful about what you expose on the net, because you know that personal infos can easily exploited by third parties.

Facebook sells our info to advertising companies or something like that and if you delete your account make sure you delete every post and picture you have uploaded on facebook because all that information even though you canceled your FB account stays in their log.

^^Facebook has all your info forever, it doesn't matter if you delete your account. They still have every picture, every single message you ever wrote on there. Some German law school student actually requested his log after he deleted his account and a couple of months later he recieved 1200 DINA 4 pages worth of data, including every single message, profile entry and chat protocol.

yeah i kind of know what hacking is and what it can do, Hackers "don't learn how to hack they hack to learn" lol If the cartels weren't prepared for a "hack attack" now they are. Only so much electronic information can be gathered from people that based their lives away from their computers. Bank transaction stuff can be tricky because they have many other "anonymous" accounts. They are criminals i doubt they have a company website and what not.

^^On top of that they won't hesitate to give out all your info to the police. A friend of mine was trolling this chick on facebook (with a fake account) and ended up writing silly death threats on her wall. She contacted the police and my friend recieved a letter by the cops a couple weeks later, informing him that they're investigating against him. They knew it was him because they looked up all his messages and then contacted another friend of mine who had revieved a couple of these messages. Dude had to go to the cops and they showed him all the messages he had written to the fake account, asking him who the guy was, so they basically had free control over his facebook account. He should have simply kept his mouth shut, but in the end he gave up the real name of my friend who then faced harrassment charges.
