Manny Pacquiao complained about feeling weak during his first fight with Morales after they had drawn blood very close to the time of the fight. Morales said he didn't feel Pacquiao's power at all. The next 2 fights with Morales, he felt the power. The difference? Blood was not taken from Pacquiao so close to fight night.
Pacquiao was asked about the blood being drawn before the first Morales fight in an interview he did with a talk show in the Philippines. He said it weakened him.
This is why he didn't want to draw blood so close to the fight. Mayweather is a pussy, but he is not dumb. He clearly caught wind of Pacquiao not liking the blood testing so close to a fight and used that as his ducking card.
Why did Pacquiao finally agree to Fraud's stipulations? Well, sometimes you can only take so much of the bullshit the other guy is spewing. Manny needs to step up and speak for his self (instead of always saying "talk to my promoter"). If Manny believed that losing blood so close to the fight weakens him then he should stand firm on his belief. It's a damn shame that Manny believes he couldn't recover (after two weeks) of losing a teaspoon of blood. Give me a break. He don't want none of Mayweather. 2 weeks is plenty of time. He won't feel lightheaded anymore.

If Floyd hasn't fought the best then Manny hasn't fought the best. Just look at his last two opponents. Clottey and Margarito weren't ranked number 1 or 2. It's a cycle with Manny..... he won't fight any top contenders. When Shane was at the top, they wanted no part of him.
