The answer to your questions is no, but it can be part of a contract when negotiations are taking place.
I know the answer to the question is "no." The reason why I asked however was to show that Floyd is making demands that those who sanction professional bouts don't even require.

So it all comes back to Floyd and the reasoning behind his demands. So we know before Pac, Floyd has never made such a stipulation. We also know that Floyd is making demands that are not in line with sanctioning bodies. Now on to the question you avoided.

Does Floyd have ANY evidence that shows Manny was/is doping?

And Mayweather agreed to that fine.

During the real negotiations, didn't they see a mediator and couldn't come to an agreement? After they went through all that, Pac supposedly changes his mind and now is willing to come down to 7 days? When is Pac going to address it himself so we can hear it out his own mouth?

lol foos like this kill me.... ive heard floyd on MANY occasions say he wants to fight manny.. he only went on ustream and had a 15 minute video talkin shit about him... and took some heat for it... he said about 80 times he wanted to beat his ass... now... i am a Mayweather fan yes.... but.... it pisses me off that they are BOTH making us wait so long... 1st time around it was manny's fault... he was scared of needles... he didnt wanna be weak for the fight.... 2nd time around floyd had that midnight deadline and didnt say shit.... i wanna see these 2 fight ...

now lemme also get this outta my system... manny will give floyd NOOO problems... Floyd will easily beat this guy... floyd aint gonna go in there and slug with him... hes gonna be the same defensive wizard we've seen him be for years... with a lil bit of the floyd from the mosley fight... hes gonna make pac miss and make him look stupid... i put anything on that...

^^the thing with floyd is he talks shit when pacquiao is in a contract to fight someone but as soon as pac is not in a contract floyd is silent. This has happened the last two fights now. If floyd wanted to fight pac, why isn't he trying to make the fight? why isn't he saying anything? as usual he's no where to be found. And I'm sure as soon as pacquiao has an opponent, floyd will be making more ustream video's talking away.

no excuses this time pacquiao isn't fighting until april or may so that's a loooooong time for floyd to be on vacation, he's going to have to come out eventually. hopefully he does the right thing this time.

honestly... IMO, saying someone in obviously juicing, with no proof what-so-ever is the same thing as saying "there's no way a human-being can be that good on his own." floyd is scared.

i got a rack on the fight to whoever want to take the bet...but i doubt we will see this fight happen. defensive wizard, yea prolly. will that be enough to win a decision, i doubt it. pac's style will force him to engage sometime during the fight. shoulder shrugs and love taps vs. footwork, speed, power, combos. i'd pick the latter.

Did you just climb out from under a rock? Floyd has been said he'd whoop Pacquiao or Poochiao is what Floyd calls him.

Floyd has said it plenty of times, he would fight Manny if he'd agree to take the Olympic Style Drug Testing with no cut off date... which means he could be tested anyday leading up until they fight. Floyd just wants that window open.

Dumbass Manny should've of just taken the 14 days when Floyd came down and was trying to meet Manny in the middle.

lol @ tony the real negotiations smh. heresy asked the only meaningful question in this thread and like ur idol u duck it
The real negotiations in which both sides acknowledged happened.... you know the negotiations that took place in front of a mediator, not the so called 2nd negotiations with Arum's deadline.

To answer that silly question, if Floyd had evidence, then he wouldn't be asking to get his blood tested, we'd already know he's juicing. Floyd has his suspicions, and won't enter to the ring until he knows for sure that this dude ain't juiced up.

man, Ross Greenburg, HBO Sports President and Floyd groupie proved the negotiations happened the second time around you mental midget.

This is why no one takes you seriously in the sports forum man, statements like this. "we all know he's juicing." Really? Is that so? According to Floyd Sr.? Even Floyd JUNIOR has said since he doesn't think pacquiao is juicing but just wants to show the world the sport is clean. that's his own words so your entire argument there fails

Re-read what I wrote. I didn't say "we all know he's juicing", I said "If Floyd had evidence then we (would) all know he's juicing"....

And in regards to the 2nd round of negotiations..... I recall Floyd telling a young cancer patient during his make a wish foundation, that he wasn't fighting again this year. So we see why negotiations failed if they did occur.

^^LOL al haymon who represents floyd was negotiating on behalf of floyd. If floyd didn't want to fight he should have told the rest of the world including his own manager that he wasn't interested in fighting rather than wasting everyones time.

and LOL @ floyd not even granting the dieing cancer patients last wish which was "beat pacquiao" floyd was like "nah I'm going to take a year off!" hahahahahaha could you imagine babe ruth sitting on the dying kid's bed who asked him to hit a home run and babe ruth replies, "uhh, maybe some other time kid"

what a role model :hurt:
