I've been all over the west coast, east coast and midwest (sadly haven't been down south yet) and NYC is like no other man. I might be biased a little bit though because I'm from the Bronx (moved to Seattle when I was 9 and usually go back every couple years). If you get the chance go. I'd say to make it worth it at all you need atleast a week there though. Let me know if you go and I can give you some places you need to see/go that isn't your usual NYC tour type stuff. But even the tour type stuff is worth it out there. I need to go back, it's been like 4 years which is the longesst it's been since I moved here.

I WENT TO BUFFALO A COUPLE TIMES TO WORK FOR MY HOMIES DAD'S COMPANY, ATE AT A FEW JOINTS... AND THE HOT WINGS THERE ARE LIKE NO OTHER... THATS DEF. THE BEST CHICKEN WINGS IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. LOL I GOT HOOKED ON EM DOWN THERE , THERE LIKE CRACK
