^^^^^ man, what u just said is completley insane. Lebron took the easy way? U think the Miami heats season and playoffs has been easy? Is it easy for them to beat the pacers? Hell no its not easy. Lebron just took atvantage of his opportunities and just because he didtn sit around and stay in Cleveland just to satisfy others doesn't discount his skills as a superstar mvp caliber player. U can't sit there with a sytraight face and say that skillwise ans stat wise that Lebron didn't deserve to win his 3 mvp's. He earned those MVPs. Sportswriters, cloumnists as well as other nba afficianados all voted for Lebron to be the mvp. Are u gonna tel me that they can be wrong 3 times? Really? Lebron had the highest player efficiency in nba history this yr. Led his team in points, steals, rebounds and u call that unworthy of mvp? I think ppl get stuck on the notion that a player has to stick to some sort of blueprint that other players have done before. And that's not fair. Lebron made a decision that he felt was the best for him. But for u to say he took an easy rout does not make sense. He took the logical, sound minded decision. That's like our greatgrandfathers sayin that we take the easy way in life because we drive to school or work and he had to walk. Cmon man think about what u are saying
Is this a joke???? ok well let me start by saying he had no idea he would be facing the pacers this year when he made a decision 2 years ago. him, bosh and wade plotted this shit out for it to be an easy route. it has been far from easy but he tried to make it as easy as he could and thats not a true competitor if you ask me. also how he left his team hanging with no answer until we all knew is beeyond wrong and the complete stupid way to handle things. sure he made a decision he felt was best, but what he saw it as was a fastlane to a title which is why he took it.

Sure his stats were good but people looking at that is like looking at a blueprint right? i mean it's like a house, sure on paper it can look amazing but it takes good people to truly make it a house. well this kid has all the talent in the world and proved what he was capable of as a competitor when he won his 1st 2 MVPS. he led his team to being a great team and it showed. now that he took this easy route he has fallen off as a competitor when it really counts. he shys away from tough shots and when he takes them he usually misses them. a true MVP wants the ball at the end and thrives on having it. that has nothing to do with bluprinting because it can only be felt and is rarely shown in it's true form on paper. watching him play he doesnt play like a True competitor anymore.

Also to compare a game to everyday life is sort of dumb if you ask me. he has to compete at his job to gain accolades and we dont when we drive to work. i guess a way to compare is if you got yourself a management job at you're job and you worked your ass off to get to the top then you just shut down and stop caring because you're where you want to be. if that happens then you should be demoted or even fired since you aint worthy of being management and thats how i feel with Lebron as MVP.

Bottom line is I was a HUGE fan of LeBron and enjoyed watching him play the game, when he won his 1st 2 MVPS i was happy for him because they were both well deserved. the way he carried a team at such a young age was always impressive to me and i gave him alot of respect for that. But now he doesnt play with the same heart he used to have. it shows when you watch him play, sure he'll get his stats but whenever the game is close his heart disappears and it's like he doesnt care or too afraid to fail. On paper (blueprint) he deserved the MVP award but knowing what Value truley is in the NBA i dont see how he had the most over anybody but that's just me.

Sidenote he played like the cavs Bron in game 4. hopefully he found his passion to be great again because thats the Bron i like to watch play the game.

teaming up with two good/great players is in no way taking the easy route to some people in this world lol
it's no secret he thought it would be the easy way to a chip. he said it constantly when he made the decision. shit you woulda thunk they already won it all when they had a concert in miami for no apparent reason lol.

^^^^^^ u just nullified your entire argument with that last sentence u wrote. In one paragraph u said that he plays like he doesn't care and that he lost his passion for the game. Well please explain how a player averages almost 28 pts agame and has the best nba playoff performace in 51 years since elgin baylor. And has 40pts, 18 rebounds and 9 assists and is avg ovr 30pts. You +e not making sense. I can respectfully say that your emotions re clouding your judment and is blocking your ability to see Lebrons game objectively. Just because a player passes the ball at the end of games does not take away his greatness. Are u forgetting when Jordan passed the ball to John paxon and steve kerr and they hit game wining shots? Or when kobe passed it to robbert horry to hit late game wining or tying shots? Are kobe and Jordan looked at as less bcuz they passed the ball to an open man and didn't force a bd shot? Its about making the right play/pass within the confines of a game. In game 6 or 7 of the lakers vd nuggets series kobe was doubld at the end of the game and passed it to steve blake who hit that big 3pointer. Was kobe less of a competiotor or weak for passing to an open man? No. It would have been more unnaceptable for kobe to force up a 3 with 2 defenders on him. People get 2 caught up on this last secorn superstar taking the last shot b.s. this is not Hossiers the movie where every scenario has 2 be the superstar has 2 hit the game winner and walk off into the sunset. Kobe has one of the worst stats in making game tying or wining shots in the past 7 yrs. He's at 24% he misses waaaay more than he makes. Does that maike Kobe less of a player? No. Bcuz Kobe bals the fuk out no matter what. Sometimes he hs off nights, sometimes he doesn't.

People want players to do what they want them to do. Some fans are extremely selfish and demand that they players that they worship do as they want them to do. I can't stress enuf how much of a double standard people live by. When a team cuts a player, there is no loyaly. Your locker is packed up and u turn in your playbook. Its all business. Hell, the colts cut payton manning. The 9ers cut joe montana. And there was no public outcry. People were not boycottin outside of rca stadium or candlestick. Those organization don't owe them shit after contracts re finished. So what did Lebron "owe" cleveland. Sympathy was he supposed to stay there just so people would like him? Or not hurt their feelings? The problem was that Lebron was all they had in cleveland. U can't win with 1 superstar? Haven't u noticed that. Who did lebron have in cleveland? Mo williams, antawn jamison, big z? Shaq at 37 yrs old? Jemario moon? Larry hughes? Lol. Cmon man . Don't be so sensitive. Let players go where they want to go. Lebron did everything under the rules, confines and regulations of the nba's collective barganing agreement and rode out to MIA. He put in his work and honored all 7yrs of his contract and made the cavs millions of dolars in revenue and milions to the city of cleveland. Did u want him to pay the fans bills too? U need talent around u to win a championship. And clearly the cavs didn't have enuf to win big with Lebron. That's why after he left they won 12 games.lol. cmon bruh.

OK...whats so disrespectful about it? Are those stats true?
That stat line is useless, it's trying to justify the mvp's he has received by insinuating he will some how end up with the amount of titles and victories that MJ had in his career. Leave it to ESPN to keep hyping up LeBrick, the same people who hosted "The Decision", I don't blame them though, they hype Lebrick for ratings just like they do with Tebow and it the end that equals more money for Disney.

Jordan is the benchmark though. Who should they compare him to? Sedalle Threatt?
well then start comparing everyone to jordan under the age of 27 with no titles, because hey " jordan didn't win his first ring until he was 28".

Also the text on the screen reads "Jordan vs. Lebron", hinting that at the moment LeBron is better then Jordan, LMAO! trolling at it's finest by ESPN.

I think your reading to much into it but I could see how somebody would think there saying Lebron will do better then Jordan. I just took it as cut him some slack,he has years ahead of him.

your the one looking at stats and saying he's the same lol. i see how he plays and you can see he didnt have some fire he had when he was with the cavs. it really showed in close games where he would either throw up dumb shots and miss or just pass up the ball, an MVP shouldnt do this, I dont care what your stat line is you shouldnt be considered an mvp yet you dont have the heart to finish a tough game. he's like that for every close game now and when he was with the cavs he used to thrive in it. it's like he has that mentality that it was going to be easier to win a chip in Miami and it didnt come so easy but his attitude hasnt changed about it. he's only had one cav like game with miami and it was game 4 against the pacers. he played like he used to and played like an MVP should. problem is he didnt play like that all year and they still gave him him the mvp when a player like Kevin Durant closed games and played even when the chips seemed to be against his team and came out on top. I have yet to see Lebron come from a deficit in the 4th to win a game and thats something MVPs do.

there's no emotions going into this at all. i can care less if he wins or not and i actually dont mind the team. but i find it laughable that he won the trophy over some guys that i felt deserved it more. it's an opinion and i cant be right or wrong about it, it's just how i feel. but i'm 100% right about 4th quarter Lebron from Miami. and i dont respect players like that personally.

and Jordan passing their shots was they did it and they were good decisions. LeBron does it to shy away from the last shot and it's completely noticable. he's been afraid to make a game winner in miami because everytime he's tried it was either a terrible shot or a terrible look. he just flatout makes bad decisions when shits on the line and it doesnt just mean the last shot. he gets ALOT of turnovers (especially in big games) that taints his greatness for me. a great player doesnt fuck up that much i'm sorry. go rewatch the Mavs vs Miami title series and maybe you'll see what i'm talking about.

they both take the cake now lol. i mean Wade was never like that either. thats why i lost respect for them because it shows in their stats they didnt lose anything physically so my guess is they lost some heart when they teamed up. it's like they think the chip should've been handed to them or something. but maybe they woke there asses up after game 4 and time will tell.

They just to good of friends and sometimes that gets in the way when the games on the line. It has hurt there mental tuffness down the stretch of the games. One once to see his friend prove everybody wrong and the other is not trying to step on any toes. Thats the main problem.

^^^^^^exactly. People keep harpin on some last 2nd shot beee esss and I keep sayin that the game duznt always have to be decided by a shot from. Star player. Bottom line. Wade gets a pass for all the dumb shit he duz and I luv d. Wade. He balls the fuck out. But D.wade at times throws up some bullshit shots and then falls and expects a foul call from the refs.

That might have been one of the dirtiest games I've ever watched. I can't believe they didn't eject Haslem. The elbow that scrub threw at the end was even worse. Haha hella entertaining. The Pacers started all the bullying tho and it backfired. Last night it did anyway.
