^^^same here. Saw Drive, Best movie of the year for me easily. the theater i went too was full of 90's babies who hated it. well i'm happy i saw it in theaters and i will be buying it on blu-ray day one to rewatch it. next movie will be Girl With Dragon Tattoo and i have very high expectations.
i feel the same way about Fincher's Dragon Tattoo. that will also be the next movie for me

Money very well spent.
really? i didnt like it too much and usually i love movies like this. the cinematography was the best i've scene in a while and the visuals were truly amazing. but take that away and you have an average story about an average family. my opinion though and i didnt hate it by any means, i'm just happy i only DLed it instead of dropping 20 on the bluray.

30 minutes or less, saw it as a team builder at work. It was pretty funny and even better cuz of the sheer inappropriateness of watching it with a bunch of people I work with. I know some of the older women were hella offended lol.

I used to be a go to the movies twice a week type of person now I barely make it once every 3 months or so.

Last one I saw was the last Harry Potter, great movie, caught it late as hell though, saw it at a dollar theater last month.

before that the last one I saw was Hangover 2 on it's opening night way back in May. Also worth the money.

maybe pineapple express? and no it wasn't worth it.....after working at a theater and knowing managers for so long going from free movies to paying a grip and a half has become not the business. although I have 2 free movie passes in my car that I think expire soon. maybe I'll take my son to see something this weekend

Melancholia, I prefer to see nearly everything in a theater, but of course I can't get to everything I wanna see before it's gone or not local anymore. Melancholia's a great film, probably Lars Von trier's most accessible film to date, but it's still very daring. Beautifully shot & he used music beautifully on the film. After the film, I got the impression half the audience hated it, think Von trier's films usually have a polarizing effect on people though.
