From what I've seen... Kobe has to score. He can't trust his teammates because they can't be trusted. Kwame Brown probably leads the NBA in fumbles and missed layups. I got a lot of respect for Lamar Odom though. He lost his kid and played through a ton of injuries. Walton is aight too but the rest of them is garbage.

But Kobe has to shoot the ball... he's a shoot guard. Point guards make other players around them better... not shooting guards.

I don't know how many times I have had to type this up because people cannot seem to comprehend. If you were on a team of all 1st graders, who would take the most shots? YOU. Why? Because you are the best on the team and your teammates are obviously not good enough. Now, the Lakers squad is equal to 1st graders of the NBA. They are plain garbage. Odom is one of the sofest and most inconsistent "stars" I've ever seen. He puts up 20 and 10 one night and then 6 and 8 the next...Kobe passes the ball, but assists only count when your teammates make their shots. Unfortunately, none of them seem to do and players like Kwame can't even catch the ball, let alone make a shot. Now it is easy to blame Kobe for being a ball hog, but that is because he has to be for his team to even have a chance. If you don't agree with me, listen to the ESPN and TNT broadcasters, they all see it the same way. Kobe has to be dominant and aggressive for the Lakers to be close in the games. If you think Kobe is the reason the Lakers suck you are a complete idiot and need to go learn something about basketball.

The HD thing was a joke. But I'm not biased, I'm merely stating the obvious. Please stop hating on him for 5 minutes and look at the garbage squad he has around him. Kobe can play as good or as bad as he wants and they won't win because Kupchak is not making the right moves. He acknowledges his teammates, but they suck. I've seen plenty of wide open missed threes and layups, unforced turnovers, etc. He has to take over the whole game or there won't be a game to take over.

Kobe most likely ain't goin nowhere, I don't think the Lakers will go as far as trading him. But they gonna have a tough time finding a star player that'll sign with them. Not too many all-stars are really interested in playing second fiddle to Kobe. He may be one of the best in the league, but he ain't easy to play alongside with. He don't really got a good reputation of being a team player, so that could turn off a lot of star players from signing with the Lake show.
