To be honest I didn't even know the release date of this album, didnt see any promotion, and haven't heard a new single even on the Bay Area airwaves. What do you expect?

3K is rather common considering a lot of artist on Koch have to pay for pressing copies of their album....No radio spins, No video plays and very little advertising and 3K sales first week is decent....

cats need to stop spending up that project money. I don't think its koch doing bay artist like this from what I understand they give you an amount to do your project. Thats coping the beats hiring a promoting team and so on. Now if they give you 100,000 to 150,000 and you spend dame near half that shit up your fucked. Look at cats like unk,young bierg,Jim jones they doing coo cause they took the project money and didn't fuck it off. They went and did what they had to do then probably fucked of what was left over. yeah, sounds right from what ive heard. keak was given cash and he had to take care of everything, throwing up a few commercials on BET doesnt get you sales. Unfortunately that seems like all he did?

Expose like how every thing is in contract if they was doing so bad it would of been on one of these websites about jim jones having a law suite against koch. Maybe what happened was jim spent to much money and wonted more and they said no so now there in the wrong. There's to many cats fucking with koch album after album for any funny shit to be going. Sheek is happy,and they gave B.G a new wind. They even got Jim jones in a better situation cause he was fucking with them.

Koch does not have any "current" artists who's gone gold or Platinum except in singles which were ringtones. DJ Khaled, DJ, Unk, Jim Jones, none of them have a gold record from Koch. It's not designed to so. They are PAID though Labels like Koch Records, Imperial Records(Fat Joe) are incubator labels with a specific marketing and budgets for artist who sell between 100-200,000 units. When Koch wants to really push a artist or before they walk, Koch has a arrangement with Sony. Koch works the records at radio cause their obviously good in that department, and Sony thru Columbia or Epic(Ray J, Yung Berg, Jim Jones) does the marketing. Keak did the numbers he did based on his budget. He did what he was supposed to do, it's up to Keak to keep the ball rolling. Koch has NEVER had a artist go gold, or ship gold because Koch is not designed to do that. koch is good for a start to get your name out there and then move up to the majors. keak is still paid at the end of the day regardless of what he sells this time around.
