i don't say nigga so i wouldn't know. I have like 4 black homies but yeah if any one can clear this up please do. there isnt even an issue of racism present in this. Everyone and their dog is aware that NIGGA and NIGGER are 2 very different terms in modern society. That is not at question. I am not thinking that non-black people who say NIGGA are racist, I am thinking they have identity issues and are trying a bit too hard to be down with black slang/culture.

i get ya homie. personally i don't use the word but have no problem with its usage as long as its not meant the wrong way. Its like I can say wetback but you can't because Im mexican but to other mexicans its disrespectful to the culture to say that word. but i use it because I have a right to it not because I'm mexican but because I'm a wetback. born there raised here. who can say i can or cant use the word? its up to me and no one else no matter how you complain its my decision if i can and will use it.

nice try but you are forgetting that the word NIGGA is a term of endearment for many black people to use AMONGST THEMSELVES. No there is no law against anyone else using it, but it demonstrates a tad bit of confusion and many times leads to beat downs from real black people. Rap music has never been strictly for any race because in fact it originated with a mix of cultures (Black/PuertoRican/White) in 1970's New York City. Only ignorant asses who are unaware of that would say it is strictly for black people. And yes "LowRider" describes a style of car that DID originate in predominantly-Chicano ELA way back when... but no one ever said the word is interchangeable with STRICTLY CHICANO CAR nor could it ever be limited to one race.
