Gas, if you're down to learn how to do Satellite Dish installs for Dish Network, it pays $18 an hour with paid training, uniform, own van.. you are guaranteed 12 hours, you get bonuses for helping others finish their work if you finish yours early, and every 6 months you can take a test and if you pass it your raise can be $1-4 depending on the test difficulty you chose and percentage you got correct.

You're guaranteed $800 minimum per week you first couple months of training and $1500 max per week.

Best bet is through a temp agency. They don't take anything out of your check per se. Lets say you're getting 15.00 an hour. Well, they're probably actually getting 30.00 from the employer for your services. So in return for them placing you in the position, they get basically what you get for working.

Plus, its the easiest way to get an actual position in a company, granted you do a good job for them. You're foot is basically in the door, and at least with a temp agency, if one site doesn't work out, they always have another place for you to try out.

anybody file for unemployment? i just realized i should have weeks ago, but just never knew what was up with it.
I did before. You can actually do it on the website and someone will follow up with you for a phone interview.

If you were fired or layed off, you pretty much qualify.

But you have to make sure you tell them that you intend on working full time. I wouldn't even tell them if you're in school, because they want work to be your number one priority.

I believe the max is 450 a week before taxes. They base what you get through EDD, on your highest quarter earnings in your previous year of employment.

You would have to have been full time for at least a year to qualify as well.
