Pretty much how I feel on the matter.. Jay-Z in my opinion, isn't the best rapper alive, but he's one of the best. Nas may be better, and a few other may be better, but he's definitely a great.

I like Pac's music, but he is lyrically overrated. He never came with much, lyrically. However, his music probably has had a bigger impact than any other artist, so you can't really discount that, but do I think he is better than Jay-Z, Nas, Biggie, Eminem, etc... Lyrically, no way.

His impact that he had on rap, however, was way larger. He touched more people, and things like that.

Jay-Z is a biter and cant even spit hot fire like Dylan can haha. Jay-Z is one of the worst rappers of all time in my opinion but shit I think Nas is garbage too. But its my opinion and its america and you all can listen to what ever you want. Shit some people might not like Droop, Tech, Screw, Flip, Kaze, Botany. But I do and as long as I like those cats thats all that matters. Jay-Z was not always gabage just for about the past 7 years. I cant get with that was a real tight song.
