u should just call c.p.s and tell them u want to be anonymous,and that u want them to start an investigation on her,...dont even mention it or tell her,dont give her the chance to clean the scene up,and just sit back and wait!,let them sneek up on her and her family...find out when they are gonna do it ,..and just call her right after when u think they might of been there or the next day early and say u got a call from cps last night asking abunch of questions about her and her family,play it off like maybe somebody else is reporting her,like a neighbor, to take the focus off u and play it off,so she dosent suspect its really you setting her up,just to shake off any more problems with the bitch......play it out and the night before ur 1st court hearing,send ur cuz or somebody to slice her tires so she will be late and/or not show up to court,make her look hella bad,..fuck with her,...i say its open season,...do it for ur kid,..fuck her!....if all goes well u will have ur son sooner then u know it,..thats what i would do to get my daughter out of a fucked up situation! play it smart,be vicious and devious,...victor newman style brah!,lol

Your BM and the tar addicts are all enemies at this point and I wouldn't tell her anymore shit about your next move in the custody battle. I've seen it plenty of times where the dysfunctional side got full custody after grabbing emergency temporary custody. You cant sit and think a junkie wont try to get full custody too. Ha ha I would stop telling them your moves and thoughts about the situation just get your son back with your fam and listen to all the advice in this thread.

I got him back last night. It was a struggle and I almost had to beat the whole family with a bat. They called the cops on me for kidnapping and I got pulled over on the way to my parents. I explained what was going on to the officer and he said what I was doing is not kidnapping and I better get into my lawyers and arrange something with CPS this morning. I'm up now and I'm feeding the boy then heading to my lawyers for 8:30AM. I'll let you know how everything turns out thanks again for all the advice serious or joking. My son is now in a better place and I plan on making it very very very difficult for anyone on her side to even be in the same room as my son. Will keep u all posted.
