haha i gotta say though, if i was tech i would be a confident mother fucker...

he knows deep down that nobody does it like him..

he cant NOT step up at all times now though..

the bar is so high for him, we put so much pressure for absolute perfection EVERY verse. hahah its pretty fuckin crazy. he always meets it.

.....but its only a single fuckin track so i cant make an inference yet.

Yeah, commercial content. Bullshit club and sex songs with industry friendly beats. Everready, MLK, & Killer have all been like that. I sure the fuck hope Sickology isn't the same. I actually want to hear him do some fuckin sick shit again.

Picking a best is impossible. I could pick a bunch that are better though. Kool G Rap, Killah Priest, The Wisemen, Pharoahe Monch, Killarmy, Shabazz The Disciple, Timbo King, La The Darkman, Holocaust/Warcloud....just off the top of my head.

a producer adding more bass an drum to a beat doesnt make it more mainstream.............

as tech has said before, ...he writes what he lives

if he started writing trapped in a psycho body, real killer, this ring an shit now a days, it wouldnt be real................

he is giving that dark side with some tracks, giving the party, feel good tracks with the others.

the artists you name are cool but i dont see them steadily putting out new material, putting their heart into it, and then touring the country giving a theatrical insane performance

I got no problem with more bass in songs. The more the better. I do have a problem with him using beats that are more club and radio friendly. I don't know why he feels like he has to get love from the industry to be successful. Commercial faggots didn't get him where he is today. It's like Tech has Stockholm Syndrome or something. I hate everything that the industry and commercial rap stand for though.

I get the he writes about what he lives....that's cool. I didn't start listening to him to hear the same shit I could hear on MTV. I don't care if he is a better writer and rapper then the people on MTV. It's still the same fuckin content. Every fuckin song doesn't need to be about sex or some queer club shit though. He shouldn't call his next shit Sickology if it's not gonna live up to the name and be sick.

Priest puts his all into everything he releases. He stays true to his beliefs and doesn't to shit to his music to make more people like it. He is a true artist. Same with Bronze & The Wisemen. The industry doesn't want any part of them and they like it that way. They are all about being true indy artists. They are Wu affiliates but Wu doesn't get any fuckin love anymore and KP has never got any love.

I show everyone I know Tech N9ne not for promotion but outta pure love for the music itself.. Plus, who cares if you dont like the album cover or the name of the album.. The new album could be called "Shit on a stick" and Ill still buy it as long as the music is good..
